Amazing Experience
Amazing stay, Jessica was honestly the best, from the moment I arrived she accommodated me and my partner, made us feel welcome. All staff were great and helpful, I would totally book again and hopefully Jessica is there to assist! 5 star experience! Very clean hotel and amazing space.

Best hotel for PHX downtown
Stayed overnight on our way home. Lovely hotel room, staff, and the valet was stellar. We did not wait long for our vehicle at all. Ali and Drake took great care of us! Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was excellent but the best was the concierge and the valet with Ali . Their service was exceptional . The service for parking in a busy area was exceptional .

An excellent choice in downtown Phoenix
Great staff – very helpful. Always willing to go the extra mile. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and spacious. Central located downtown and a good neighborhood. Close to the convention center. Bars, restaurants grocery store right around the corner. Pool was fantastic. We’ll stay there next time I am in Phoenix. An excellent choice for business or pleasure.
