Luxury in downtown phoenix
Location of this hotel is great, many of restaurants and attractions close by. Every person i encountered was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was very clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent hotel and experience here!
This hotel was outstanding! It is in an excellent location to Mortgage Matching Center, Chase Field, restaurants and fast food, shops, all within walking distance. The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable lobbies on first and second floors. Staff was very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions. Many areas to relax with a book, laptop or take a nap, by the pool or bar area off the pool. The room was very clean, modern, bright, had extra toiletries in the bathroom and if you needed anything that you may have forgotten, they could get it for you. No problems with AC. Amazingly comfortable beds. Only small complaint was music at night could be heard in room but not so loud that you couldn't sleep and it stopped at an early hour. I would not hesitate staying here again!

Wedding stay
Our stay was fantastic! We got married and stayed here for the weekend and couldn’t have had a better stay! Raul knew us by name, we shared laugh and experiences and he made us feel so special knowing we had just gotten married. And shoutout to Sonya who helped us out with our stay and left water and champagne for us and a nice note!
