It was a wonderful stay with my friend! We loved the lazy river and the cabana. Makayla was a great server at the pool. Attentive and friendly. David Richardson the concierge, Mary and Michael at the front desk, texted and checked in to make sure our stay was going well. The staff around the property always greeted us. Our room was comfortable and clean and the air conditioning worked great!!! Thank you for a delightful stay. My only suggestion would be to have a staff member collect trash around the lazy river periodically. It's TERRIBLE that GUESTS would do that. I also know that sometimes there is limited staff on the property. It did not stop us from having fun and the staff around the pool were always friendly!!! Looking forward to my next trip in July with family and their kids!!

This resort was perfect for our family. The room was clean and spacious. The shower was so nice. The pool was easy to access and beautifully designed to safely entertain families. My kids said it was their favorite hotel they’ve ever stayed and they’ve stayed at many places. I would definitely go back to stay again.

This resort is great. The room was clean, the water pressure in the shower was phenomenal, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The water park was a nice perk, the lazy river was a fun way to beat the heat. The internet was very reliable. The hotel restaurant "Hole in the Wall" had a variety of tasty food and the service was top notch. Our waiter David kept us laughing the whole time and our drinks were always full. Would absolutely stay again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. The property is in dire need of renovation as it appears quite run-down and outdated. Cleanliness was a major issue; the room and common areas did not meet basic hygiene standards. Additionally, the customer service was severely lacking. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests and were often unavailable when needed. The overall ambiance of the hotel was not welcoming, and it failed to provide a comfortable or enjoyable stay. Given the condition of the facilities and the poor service, I would strongly advise against staying here until significant improvements are made. There are likely better options available that can offer a more pleasant and satisfactory experience.

The resort experience was wonderful. The lazy river kept us cool. The cabanas had a mini fridge/cooler with complimentary water and snacks. Towels were provided. It was clean and smelled great. It was family friendly and great customer service. We are at the hole in the wall restaurant, our server, David A. Was ahhhmazing!! He was fast, friendly and funny. The brisket nachos were 10+!! Will definitely be going back!!
