Phuket may be one of the world’s premier beach destinations, but staying at Anantara Phuket Villas is like having a private slice of the island. On a well-manicured section of Mai Khao Beach, each self-sustaining villa unfolds into at least 600 square feet of living space. Tropical breezes flow through an open-air contemporary design highlighted by bamboo accents and Southern Thai exoticism. Most luscious is the aqua-tiled private pool just two strides from the bed.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Particularly, K. Fern at Talad had been very welcoming and attentive. Our dining experience was exceptional.

Very friendly staff!! Beautiful resort right next to the beach. Beds are very comfortable. Food is very good. There is an elephant that you can feed and see right outside the resort. Mini town area right outside the resort with food and shopping. Very safe. In the lobby you can book things to do around the island which are very fun and affordable. 10/10 would recommend.

The service is extremely poor Staff is also rude especially the executive chef The food is extremely bad Every type of cuisine is disgusting The executive head chef is also very rude and impractical I also personally found him a bit racist towards Indians when he said that he can't cook for Indians because they are too many and he can't cater their demands Even I tried their Michelin restaurant tiffin and la sala The restaurant is super super bad Even in breakfast the eggs and rest of the items didn't have salt in them Please don't go in this resort

Anantara Mai Khao Phuket falls short for Indian guests seeking a pleasant stay with good food. The Indian cuisine is not only subpar but inedible. Despite their advertisements, the breakfast menu lacks Indian options and offers hardly any vegetarian choices. The in-house Indian restaurant, Tiffin, is particularly disappointing, with dishes that are unappetizing and require a second thought after the first bite. Beyond the food, the basic conveniences like housekeeping are also average. Additionally, the resort's location, 1.5 hours from the main city, can be inconvenient. After speaking with the head chef, I'm convinced that this resort isn't suitable for Indian tourists. I wouldn't recommend Anantara to anyone from the Indian subcontinent and would suggest exploring different options.
