Amazing!
We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The surroundings are simply magical, with a beautiful garden that creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. However, what impressed us the most was the top-class service. We were taken care of by Joy, who was exceptional. She was incredibly helpful, always attentive, and genuinely cared about us throughout our stay. We could ask for any small thing, and it was taken care of immediately. Her professionalism and warmth made our experience truly special. We are already looking forward to returning and sincerely hope to see Joy again next time.

Good hotel - kids friendly and good location. Service was overall good - can be a little busy at the pool bar so take a bit longer. Also getting a buggy can be a bit of waiting time process but would recommend overall given the location, the service and overall performance.

Warm welcome by Sunny & wonderful sunset views
The service was smooth and seamless from arrival until departure. The staff in the restaurants were excellent and well-trained. Do not forget to visit the newly renovated Sea Fire Salt restaurant; dinner was good and offered beautiful sunset views. Sunny from reception provided us a warm welcome and a lot of information about The White Lotus while driving a buggy to the restaurant. Can't wait to visit there again.
