Anantara Family Holiday from Hong Kong
Hard to summarise everything, but overall, a very friendly staff who always try their best and give a great effort to make sure you are well-rested, well-looked after and enjoy your time (whether there's rain or the swimming pool is under renovation!) Families will love this hotel. Close to the airport, nice swimming pools, family kids clubs, USE THE VACATION CLUB TOO NEXT DOOR!, easy to get taxis to town if need be. Beach is decent. Close to elephant sanctuaries. Some of the best nights' sleep for me here (and I've been to many hotels). Spa and services are excellent.
