Amazing experience at the wonderful resort
Absolutely wonderful experience , beautiful property . It is such a peaceful experience walking around the resort as the plants and trees are so beautiful. Lovely room with a wonderful pool and above all the service by the wonderful staff at the resort is definitely worth going there again. I would like to specifically mention Palm at the reception for his exceptional approach and going out of his way to make us comfortable. Will recommend this resort 100%

Great service
I have to express my gratitude to the team of Anantara. Sunny and Ussi did a remarkable job, making the impossible possible in getting my iPad from Bangkok. I forgot it on the airplane travelling from Vienna. The lost and found in Bangkok told me that I had to get it personally. But two days later it was delivered to my room. A warm thank you to Sunny and his team especially Ussi for this achievement. 6 of 5 stars

Amazing place and wonderful staff
We are repeat guests to Anantara Maio Khao and adore the beautiful grounds, comfortable villas, excellent food, great location and wonderful staff. Kudos to Joy and Toy for their excellent service, and to Arm at Active Zone for the excellent Thai Boxing class. Overall another excellent stay, thank you all!

Beautiful stay with fantastic staff!
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Anantara Mai Khao Pool Villas! Our pool villa was beautiful, as was the whole resort. The facilities were top-notch and the scenery is absolutely stunning, which made the whole experience feel truly luxurious. What really made the stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, always going out of their way to help. A special shoutout to Mr. Noom, who went above and beyond to help me recover my phone after I left it in a taxi—truly outstanding service! Also, a big thank you to Joy, our personal assistant, who was so helpful, kind, and made everything effortless during our stay. A special mention as well to the fantastic cleaning lady, who really went above and beyond—she made our room look beautiful day and night, and also took great care of our family’s rooms (21, 23, and 24). Additionally, Ao from the Thai restaurant (Sala) was absolutely fabulous—so personable, attentive, and truly outstanding in her customer service. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely love to come back!
