The creative designs of the four styles of villas at the brand new Keemala represent ancient mythical settlers in Phuket. Connected by a lush jungle path and cascading streams, the villas feature intricate wood-carved furnishings, oversized beds with canopies and private pools. Keemala’s Executive Chef and gastronomy team preside over four dining venues, including poolside and in the wine cellar. Eight private rooms at the spa feature traditional holistic healing techniques, like massages using soaked warmed seaweed and herbs.

We have just completed a 3 night stay at Keemala for our Honeymoon. Having stayed around Thailand for nearly 2 weeks we chose Keemala as our last stop for something special. We were not disappointed, it is an outstanding place! The layout and build of the resort is very impressive. We chose to stay in the tented villa which has an fantastic view over the bay and the hotel grounds. The location towards the top of the hill lent itself to ultimate privacy. It costs a fair amount to stay here but was totally worth it. We found the food extremely good and the level of service to be exceptional. Getting around the place is also easy with their very prompt buggy service. The spa facilities are also very well kept, private and luxurious and there was plenty on offer of you want some spa action! One thing to note about the tent is that you can hear the wildlife and trees blowing and rain, all of which adds to the experience. However, you can also hear the cars and motorbikes across the valley which for light sleepers, could be an issue. We didn't mind though! The main highlight of our stay here though were the staff! When i say staff I mean all of them, from the security at the gate to the cooks at the kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble, they were very polite, attentive and caring and we felt like the centre of their world whilst we were there. Melon, our villa host and assistant deserves a particular mention. He was so kind, thoughtful and was always at the end of the phone and WhatsApp answering any questions we had. He would also make recommendations of activities locally and would stop to greet us whenever he saw us. He was simply fantastic and a brilliant host! He is a credit to the Keemala resort and made us feel so welcome! We will definitely visit again!

A beautiful place for solitude, relaxation, and clearing your mind. The staff are all welcoming, kind, and helpful. I would like to thank Sister Maithai for her assistance and service, ensuring we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place. It is beautiful, the services are excellent, and it is close by. I only have two minor points: please install heating in the swimming pool because it is very cold, and it would be great to have a small supermarket in the center of the place. Goodbye, and see you next time.

We had a gorgeous time at Keemala in a clay pool lodge. We had been doing lots of travelling prior to our stay here and this hotel honestly finished off our honeymoon perfectly. The breakfasts are incredible and we had it in the room every morning by the pool. The nature at the hotel was brilliant, we had sun birds by our room, peacocks and we loved the duck cottage. The spa is lovely and the free classes by Dan are brilliant. We attended the meditation and breathing class and loved it. Raya from housekeeping was also incredible, working around our schedule and always leaving a special touch to the room each day! However, our biggest thank you and the highlight of our stay was being looked after by the lovely and incredible Arif! What an incredible host. Nothing was too much to ask, he really made our stay incredible and even ran us a romantic bubble bath! Brilliant hotel, brilliant staff and a brilliant stay.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Keemala — it was a memorable and relaxing experience from start to finish. We especially want to thank our Villa Host Cayla for taking such great care of us and for showing us around. Her warm hospitality really made a difference, and we felt very well looked after throughout our visit. Hopefully, we’ll have the pleasure of returning to Keemala in the future. Sincerely, Ariel & Pchy
