Our stay at Keemala was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the entire experience felt peaceful, luxurious, and incredibly personalized. The resort itself is stunning — tucked away in the lush hills of Phuket with beautiful architecture that blends perfectly into nature. Every corner of the property feels thoughtfully designed and unlike anywhere else we’ve stayed. The villa was absolutely incredible. Spacious, private, and beautifully designed with unique details that made it feel both luxurious and calming. The private pool was a highlight — overlooking the greenery with complete serenity, making it hard to ever want to leave the room. The amenities throughout the resort were top tier, from the spa and wellness atmosphere to the immaculate grounds and relaxing common areas. The food was consistently excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast each morning was one of our favorite parts of the experience, with high-quality ingredients, great variety, and exceptional service. A huge thank you to the amazing breakfast staff and chef — Fran, Plum, Noon, Wean, Sofia, Chiina, and Yoyo — who made every morning feel warm and welcoming. Their hospitality genuinely stood out and added such a personal touch to our stay. The service across the resort was truly world class. March and Yeam at the front desk were fantastic — friendly, professional, and always eager to help with anything we needed. Most importantly, a very special shoutout to Tony, who took care of every detail from check-in to check-out and served as our main point of contact throughout the stay. Tony went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless, stress-free, and personalized. His attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism made a lasting impression and truly elevated the entire experience. Keemala is one of those rare places that feels magical from beginning to end. If you’re looking for a unique luxury escape in Phuket with exceptional service, breathtaking villas, incredible food, and unforgettable hospitality, this is the place.

We stayed at this hotel when went to friends’ wedding in Phuket. This was truly magical place. I felt like I was in a movie - this hotel did not look or feel real. Stunningly beautiful with great views, amazing food and extremely attentive staff. Everything was thought through and every of our wishes were delivered. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thailand for the first time and who is looking to have a truly authentic experience.

Our two-night stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful, and we enjoyed every single moment. The services were excellent, and the staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. I had an amazing stay at Keemala. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by an incredible view. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and designed perfectly for a relaxing vacation. The atmosphere felt unique and magical, making the whole experience unforgettable.
