The place is very clean and awesome, we really enjoyed our visit. The resort vibe is amazing and the atmosphere was great. Staff are very nice and friendly. for sure will be in naka if we visit phuket again

My husband and I held our wedding at The Naka Phuket in March, and it was truly the most magical and unforgettable experience of our lives. The hotel itself is stunning – from the breathtaking views to the beautiful rooms, everything was beyond our expectations. The hospitality was exceptional, and we felt like we were in a home away from home. We would like to extend a special thank you to Ann, the manager, whose warmth and dedication touched our hearts. Her mother even made delicious Thai desserts for us and prayed for good weather on our wedding day – it was such a heartfelt gesture that we will never forget. Ann’s passion for her work and her genuine care for all the guests truly made The Naka Phuket feel like a second home. We also want to thank the F&B team for preparing such delicious food and Chef Wi, the bakery chef, for creating the most adorable and delicious cake for our wedding night celebration. Every meal was a delight, and the cake was the perfect sweet ending to our special day. To the entire team at The Naka Phuket – thank you for making our wedding so special and perfect. You turned our dream into reality, and we will cherish these memories forever. We came for one night, arrived late with my best friend, and Dee was so lovely. Really looked after us and made us feel very welcome and special. The villa with pool was amazing! Even with poor weather the villa was perfect. We had a delicious breakfast and did a spa treatment. Kay was fantastic and I floated out. And Lookkate gave the best massage my friend had ever had. The spa and room were our highlights. Amazing!

We had an amazing stay at The Naka Phuket. The attention to detail in our room and throughout the entire resort was truly impressive. Everything felt well thought out and beautifully designed. Breakfast was a highlight, lots of variety every day and the items of Thai authentic flavors that I absolutely loved. :):) A big thank you to the team who took care of us from the very first booking conversation through to check-out. Everyone was so kind and professional. Special thanks to Khun Jin - Front Office Manager for looking after us so well. Khun Beer - the wonderful Caption Driver who not only handled the buggy service but also gave us great tips on sightseeing, where to eat and places to explore. Also. Khun Tong who greeted us with such a positive attitude and helped with our luggage when we arrived — much appreciated! And to the restaurant team, we are so sorry we didn’t catch all your names, but your service was outstanding. Always friendly and attentive and never once did our table sit with empty or dirty plates for long.....it was like you read our minds! All in all, it was a fantastic experience.
