The Pavilions Phuket

Our stay at The Pavilions was absolutely outstanding. The resort itself is stunning — from the beautifully designed villas to the serene surroundings, everything feels luxurious and private. The amenities are first-class, but what truly sets this place apart is the service. Every single staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, cared for, and celebrated. It’s rare to find a place where the service feels so personal and genuine, and that’s exactly what made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, comfort, and impeccable hospitality

Our first holiday to Thailand and what a gem of a hotel, from when we arrived until we departed, the staff go above and beyond. We got the impression that working here was not a job but everyone was part of The Pavillions Family. A tranquil setting with beautiful grounds. Food was exceptional in all restaurants, breakfast caters for everyone’s tastes and all the restaurant staff have a great knowledge of the menu, giving good recommendations. Staff are so friendly and attentive. We throughly enjoyed getting to know them as individuals and not just waiting staff. Meow, Manny, Tew, Tae, B Boy, Son and many others deserve a special mention. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. Also, the restaurant manager who gave us tips on where to visit in Phuket.

Positives: Good variety at breakfast Exceptionally friendly staff and a very helpful reception team Villas are well built, spacious, and come with excellent private pool facilities Location is convenient Negatives: Breakfast quality was inconsistent. Items such as waffles, toast, and pancakes were often left out for too long, becoming stale instead of being made fresh or replaced. Housekeeping requires significant improvement. On several occasions, cleaning felt incomplete - for example, certain areas were missed and I found hair on the pillows, which had not been changed on my arrival. For comparison, I’ve stayed at similar villas in Bali where a three-person team handled cleaning. At the Pavilion, there seemed to be just one person responsible, which may explain the gaps in service.

Enjoy my every moment in the resort, all the staffs are attentive and helpful. We are staying in the Spa Villa, the room is so spacious and clean. Definitely will come back again!
