The Pavilions Phuket

Everything was great, free services like shuttle and getting driven around inside the resort were great, we enjoyed that alot, other services like food in restaurants, spa/massage, drinks and food inside minibar in the villas etc. were really expensive though, rather go to the city for such services! All in all really clean, very sweet employees and easy communication with the lobby.

The stay at the pavilions was amazing!! The hospitality at the hotel was amazing. We had a bbq at the villa which was incredible. The F&B team managed by Ja Aey made this a night we will all remember for a very long time!

Stayed at 'The pavilions phuket', 13 nights Friendly, carying people, all of them!!! Stayed in a villa, very nice First time Thailand, did a city tour in the South. Would recommend week phuket combined with week Bangkok. Thank you Meow and team, nui, asmy, golf, pongpang and many other.

At Pavillions Phuket I had dinner with a group of friends. The food buffet was very good. For drinks we were encouraged to take a 2 hour unlimited package at 1800 baht per person which isn't cheap. As it was after 9.30 and the bar was due to close at 11.30, the manager assured us that they would continue the package until closing time. However after he left, the staff continued to serve us after 11.30 but we only realised at the end that they had put all those drinks on a separate bill outside the package. It was disappointing to have to argue with the waiters at the end of what was an enjoyable evening

The Pavilion is the most luxurious experience I have ever had. The attention to detail the staff has is unmatched. With this being my first time visiting Thailand I can say this resort did not miss a beat. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else the next time I come back to Phuket. Thank you all for the life long memories I will forever cherish.
