Rosewood Phuket

This was our first time visiting Phuket as a family, and our travel agency suggested staying at Rosewood. Honestly, it turned out to be the best decision ever. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous — surrounded by this lush, tropical forest that feels like a dream. The rooms are beautiful too, full of little details and so tastefully done, just like other Rosewoods we’ve stayed at. We loved the location — close enough to town when we wanted to go out, but totally peaceful and quiet once you’re back at the resort. It really feels like you’re far away from everything. Breakfast was amazing. So many options, delicious food, and the staff just couldn’t be nicer. Everyone made us feel like royalty. A special shout-out to Bua, who was incredible. She greeted us by name at breakfast (how often does that happen?), remembered we had mentioned some noise from the next room the day before, and was super kind and attentive the whole time. She even sent us restaurant recommendations on WhatsApp and came to the lobby to say goodbye when we were leaving. We honestly didn’t want to check out. It was such a perfect stay — warm people, beautiful place, and just pure peace. Definitely one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at.

WOW! This was one of the best trips of the year! We were warmly welcomed by friendly and helpful staff, especially our butler, Tokyo. He helped organized activities within the hotel that we were interested in and he was the best butler we've ever had. I am still thinking about the experiences to this day. Khun Tokyo additionally delivered solutions to some complications. The breakfast was truly other-worldly, sophisticated, and energizing. The room was great and the experience was truly lovely.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Rosewood Phuket. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and very well taken care of. The resort itself is stunning, with a perfect balance of luxury and natural beauty, but what really made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service from the team. A very special thanks to Khun Natcha, Khun Tommy, and Khun Nor, who went above and beyond to make our stay so memorable. Their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care truly made us feel at home. Every detail was taken care of, and their thoughtful touches made a big difference throughout our visit. Rosewood Phuket is not only a beautiful property but also a place where the people make you feel special. We are already looking forward to returning soon.

Our family had the most incredible time at Rosewood Phuket. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The kids’ club was beyond spectacular!! our children were engaged, happy, and had so many activities to enjoy, which gave us parents a chance to relax knowing they were in great hands. Every single meal we had was exceptional, with thoughtful details and amazing flavors. The service throughout the resort was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience feel even more special. This was truly the best family trip we’ve had, and we left already talking about when we can come back. Rosewood Phuket has set the bar so high, we would absolutely return without hesitation.

As parents of curious kids, we were impressed by Rosewood Phuket’s children’s programs focused on sustainability and environmental awareness. These experiences sparked genuine interest and made our stay truly enriching. From pre-travel planning to the attentive WhatsApp concierge, the entire hotel team delivered impeccable service. Cleanliness, attention to detail, and problem-solving were all seamless—just what you expect from a top-tier hotel. A highlight was Mr. Tommy’s warm, engaging tour, "A Day in the Life as a Hotelier", which inspired our daughter with a behind-the-scenes look at the hotel. Nipa at Ta Khai restaurant beautifully shared the story of a 250-year-old tree that survived a tsunami, bringing the hotel’s heritage to life. She is a true ambassador. These amazing staff made our visit unforgettable—each one gracious, thoughtful, and passionate. We would love to see Rosewood expand educational offerings for adults, maybe with architecture or local culture classes or programs. Even the in-room video our child loved could showcase more of the hotel’s local character beyond dining. Ultimately, it is the people who make Rosewood Phuket so special. We can’t wait to return.
