Twinpalms Phuket

Wow! I had an amazing 2-night stay at Twinpalm Surin Beach hotel. It was a treat for my aunty’s birthday. We booked the lagoon suite however we were kindly upgraded to the duplex with private pool - it’s a gorgeous apartment, a little tucked away and private from the main pool. From the pictures, the pictures you can’t see the full length of the pool for the lagoon suites. It’s longer than expected. We got a floating breakfast which was a lovely touch. Service was impeccable! Special thanks to Bank, our personal butler who was just amazing. And the sweet trainee - Allysa. In fact, all the staff are well trained and make you feel welcome. I look forward to visiting again soon! Thank you Twinpalms ☺️

This hotel was one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed in! We stayed in a duplex loft, with a private pool. The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The service at this hotel is unbeatable. We were assigned a butler. Our butler was Bank and she phenomenal! She was so sweet and delivered a huge platter of fruit to our room when we missed the fruit hour. We loved the gorgeous hotel pool!! Stunning! I also loved being pampered with selecting what fresh flowers we wanted in our room.

Had a beautiful holiday with family at the twin palms. The duplex suites come with a “butler” and Pisit was absolutely incredible throughout our stay. At a drop of a hat he was at our side getting things done. Besides for the aesthetically beautiful hotel he would be a reason to return. He made our trip just perfect! The boat trip that was organised for us by the hotel was the highlight. The suites were gorgeous and very spacious too. The gym was so outstanding that my boys loved it so much they were in there twice a day. The poolside is also magnificent but it needs just a few extra deck chairs. The one thing that needs to be addressed in this level of hotel is the staff at breakfast. The chef is outstanding but the staff working around the tables need to be more attentive to the guests. Sometimes we would wait for over half an hr for our table to be cleared even though there would be 6 waitresses literally a metre away from us just chatting. Having been in other hotels of this type this really stands out to us. They could also speak very little English so it was hard to communicate with them. The room that fruit is served at 3pm can also be improved by setting up separate tables as it’s quite awkward to sit across a boardroom table with people you don’t know having a snack. It just seems odd. The fan in the wine cooling room also need to be cleaned and the door painted in that room. The front area is beautiful but needs an arrangement of flowers (bigger than the one they have already) to make it much more pleasing when walking into the reception. It looks very bland at the moment. I know these reviews can only improve your hotel which is why I’m doing it. My partner and I have been returning to this idyllic haven for the past three years, and each visit somehow surpasses the last. Whether basking in the sun by the water’s edge or enjoying an evening swim under the stars, the atmosphere feels both surreal and deeply relaxing. Our room, as always, was spotless. You can truly feel the pride the housekeeping team takes in every detail. Waking up here, with the soft sounds of nature all around and the ocean just moments away, is an experience we cherish each stay. What truly sets Twinpalms apart is its exceptional staff. Under the thoughtful stewardship of Khun Ek (Alex) and Khun Chatwarong, the entire team radiates warmth and genuine hospitality. There’s a joyous ethos here that is reflected in every smile and every thoughtful interaction. You’re never “just another guest” you’re welcomed like family, and it’s this authentic connection that keeps us coming back. We must give special thanks to Supisa, who is simply wonderful. Her attentiveness during breakfast is unmatched, along with the other staff, she always greets us with a radiant smile and remembers exactly how we like to start our mornings. She even surprised us with some Mangosteen fruit which she knew we would enjoy, a gesture that sums up the heartfelt care you can expect here. Chef Non consistently delights, from the fluffiest scrambled eggs to the mouth watering sweet treats, he serves a delicious breakfast spread with both Western and East Asian options... and the coffee is hands down the best in Phuket! Beyond the resort itself, Twinpalms’ collection of exceptional experiences elevates each stay. Catch Beach Club is a must!! The vibe is fantastic, with its iconic DayBeds overlooking beautiful Bangtao Beach. Sip expertly crafted cocktails, savour fresh food, and enjoy the perfectly curated music while the staff ensure you never want for anything. The Friday Night Buffet is not to be missed... the delicious food, vibrant fire shows, and dancers create an atmosphere that’s pure holiday bliss. Albert and James made our time at Catch extra special, as did so many others from Twinpalms Surin Beach itself like Yaya, Reemoot, Shah, and Titipol, to name just a few. Having Surin Beach right on your doorstep is an added blessing, serene and more tranquil part of the island, its powdery sand and clear waters inviting you in for a swim or a sunset stroll. For a change of scenery the Lazy Coconut and Shimmer at Monzure offer even more ways to indulge and unwind. Each stay reminds us why Twinpalms Surin Beach is our personal paradise and why we will always return. It’s the people who make this place shine: warm, genuine, and passionate about what they do. They’ve given us memories we’ll cherish forever!! Celebrating my birthday here each year is a true blessing, where they always go above and beyond with surprises and heartfelt gestures. Amazing place to stay . Best hotel we have stayed in so far . Amazingly friendly staff especially Bank who organised everything for us . This is our second time here - will be back for more next year
