This was my second stay at Twinpalms Surin and I honestly loved it even more than the first. Everything was flawless – the staff are warm and attentive, the rooms stylish and comfortable, and the whole atmosphere so relaxing. The pool and gardens are beautifully kept, and every detail feels carefully thought out. It’s rare to return somewhere and be even more impressed, but Twinpalms truly delivers. Can’t wait to come back again!

What an amazing time we had at this hotel. The room was more than expected. I stayed in the 1br penthouse and it was 3 stories of fabulousness! The service was excellent, Bank our personal room service staff was great. She constantly checked in on us and gave recommendations throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel, specifically the penthouse rooms. Seems like a lot of work is being done throughout the hotel but I still was able to see the potential as our room was extremely clean, the pool was spacious a little under 5 feet deep and the views from the deck were spectacular. Thank you Twinpalms for amazing hospitality.

We had a great relaxing time at Twinpalms for 7 nights. Palm premium room was excellent and the one bedroom penthouse was stunning. Pisit team’s service was extraordinary. Thanks to them, we could have most comfortable holidays here.

Wonderful place. Relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful big rooms. Pleasant, attentive staff. Gorgeous breakfasts. Would definitely recommend and return.
