Twinpalms Phuket

A quiet little hotel—but we can't confirm that it's luxurious. Not suitable for vegetarians. You have to wait for a lot of things, such as sun loungers, glasses at breakfast, and transfers. We cannot recommend this hotel. The price is far too high for what you get. The staff are helpful, but they don't smile much. The room wasn't properly cleaned on arrival. The wardrobe with sliding doors was difficult to use,

I stayed at Twinpalms Phuket to celebrate my friend’s 50th birthday, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We booked both the 2-bedroom penthouse and the 2-bedroom duplex, and you truly can’t go wrong with either—both were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. A special thank you to Chart, our concierge, who was absolutely exceptional. He helped me arrange birthday balloons, was attentive throughout our stay, and even managed to secure an extra night for us when the hotel was fully booked. His kindness and professionalism made a huge difference. The property itself is gorgeous, with several great restaurants and a relaxing atmosphere. They also offer a shuttle to Coconut Beach Club, which transforms into a fun nightlife spot in the evenings—highly recommended. Be sure to book your spa appointments early, then just relax and enjoy. Overall, Twinpalms exceeded our expectations, and I would gladly stay here again.

Great stay!! The property was quiet and beautiful. The staff were warm and eager to please. The breakfast was delicious. Our concierge Mr. Chart greeted us warmly, checked on us daily and provided us great recommendations for activities and dining. We enjoyed our private pool very much. Highly recommend.

Would absolutely recommend Twinpalms Surin Beach. Beautiful, clean, and relaxing resort. Staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. Transfer shuttle to beach clubs are also very handy. Had an amazing time.
