Great property and amazing butlers!!
We had such a great time being surrounded by all the nature at this incredible property! The food was awesome and the room was beautiful, but without a doubt, our experience was really elevated by the amazing service and professionalism from Santiago and Joyce. They both went above and beyond to fulfill our requests and made sure we had everything we needed every single time. Seriously, hats off to them!

My experience at Fairmount Mayakoba was simply amazing - the service was top notch, the butlers were so nice and helpful, everyone was so courteous and always responded to our needs quickly and politely - Sofia and Irene were the best, they took care of all of our needs and made the experience SO GREAT, if you ever stay here, they are amazing! 10/10, this was the best resort we have ever stayed at hands down

Fantastic eco resort, great beach areas, excellent spa experience, great eco tour. Especially Mauricio and Miquel go the extra mile. These kind people love their job. Both golfcourse and all restaurants in the entire Mayakoba resort are significantly overpriced. Only 1-2 restaurants can deliver the quality that is somewhat in line with the Michelin star price levels. We did appreciate the upgrade to the beach casita. Overall a great experience this year. Eco tour is a must see!

Our time at Fairmont Mayakoba was absolutely AMAZING. Thank you to everyone who made our stay unforgettable. The bar team at Hix , Raoul, Areli… the gréât Spa experience with Dayana, Adriana and Maura & Roberto. The team at the rooftop bar Cielo ( you need to try the signature Mezcal cocktails ) . The super friendly waiters at the beach … Gilberth, Aldo ,Angel … the team at the watersport centre … Amazing food , amazing drinks , splendid domain … fantastic wildlife ( especially the raccoons 🦝) A BIG FAT THANK YOU 🌴❤️🌴❤️🌴❤️

We had an amazing 4-night stay at the Fairmont Mayakoba! Due to availability we had to pay for an upgrade to a casita and we were glad that we did, it was lovely and in a great location. Bottled water was plentiful and always available in the room. We enjoyed every meal we had and the breakfast buffet had every option available and was top quality! The resort staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The beach was beautiful and the beach side service was very good. They even came by and offered cucumber slices with a cool towel to rest your eyes, mango popsicle refreshments, both free and a very nice touch! We did not mind the golf cart service to the beach, which was a good distance from the rooms. They were easily found and it was a very pleasant ride as the resort property is a tropical jungle gem. The other highlight (not to be missed) is the on-property mangrove boat tour, again at no charge! Be sure to make a reservation for one of the morning tours, best animal viewing at that time. A great experience at the Fairmont Mayakoba!
