Never had such an amazing hotel experience!
We had an amazing stay at Fairmont Mayakoba! We were treated like family members and enjoyed every minute! The view from our balcony felt like a dream, spotting turtles and enjoying the calmness of the lagoon. Every night, Liliana would bring us ice and prepare everything for bedtime - she is so lovely! Breakfast was super delicious enjoying the best service by Felipe! Also, we really loved the gym. Mayakoba incorporates sustainability and cultural values, which is key to me. There's no day where we aren't looking back to these incredible 4 days!

Amazing peaceful experience.
Amazing experience! It was our first time here on our babymoon and we would do it all over again! Hopefully soon! Mr. Marko Loeza & Ali Bolaños were true gentleman, friends and so attentive to our needs. We will definitely request them when we return. Clean beautiful resort that feels like we are in the middle of nature. So peaceful. Even the guests were so sweet and quiet.

We ate at Tauro and it was outstanding, we had Herman as our waiter and he gave us great service and a really special experience. He thought about extending our stay just to eat here again!

We had an amazing 4-night stay at the Fairmont Mayakoba! Due to availability we had to pay for an upgrade to a casita and we were glad that we did, it was lovely and in a great location. Bottled water was plentiful and always available in the room. We enjoyed every meal we had and the breakfast buffet had every option available and was top quality! The resort staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The beach was beautiful and the beach side service was very good. They even came by and offered cucumber slices with a cool towel to rest your eyes, mango popsicle refreshments, both free and a very nice touch! We did not mind the golf cart service to the beach, which was a good distance from the rooms. They were easily found and it was a very pleasant ride as the resort property is a tropical jungle gem. The other highlight (not to be missed) is the on-property mangrove boat tour, again at no charge! Be sure to make a reservation for one of the morning tours, best animal viewing at that time. A great experience at the Fairmont Mayakoba!
