Spent 9 nights at the beautiful Fairmont Mayakoba in a stunning Beach Area Suite -spacious suite with two bathrooms, large deck area overlooking the lagoon AND a staircase to the rooftop terrace, with our very own pool! Prior to our arrival our butlers Edgar and Ali communicated with us by email to get a sense of our needs - types of activities we were intetested in, restaurant reservations, excursions and if we needed anything (ie. groceries, snacks, etc.) in our room for arrival. Edgar and Ali were both very nice to deal with: very helpful, professional and friendly. Throughout our stay they stayed in regular contact to ensure our needs were meet....our needs were exceeded! The entire property is no less than paradise: lush, easy to get around (walking or by golf cart) and light-years from reality. The restaurants have a lot of great choices - everything was delicious! Thank you Edgar and Ali for a truly memorable vacation. 👍👍👍

Amazing way to start the day
The boat tour was a very peaceful ride, perfect way to start the day. Iker, our guide was amazing!!! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and we couldn't have asked for a better guide, He is the best!!

We had an amazing 4-night stay at the Fairmont Mayakoba! Due to availability we had to pay for an upgrade to a casita and we were glad that we did, it was lovely and in a great location. Bottled water was plentiful and always available in the room. We enjoyed every meal we had and the breakfast buffet had every option available and was top quality! The resort staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The beach was beautiful and the beach side service was very good. They even came by and offered cucumber slices with a cool towel to rest your eyes, mango popsicle refreshments, both free and a very nice touch! We did not mind the golf cart service to the beach, which was a good distance from the rooms. They were easily found and it was a very pleasant ride as the resort property is a tropical jungle gem. The other highlight (not to be missed) is the on-property mangrove boat tour, again at no charge! Be sure to make a reservation for one of the morning tours, best animal viewing at that time. A great experience at the Fairmont Mayakoba!
