Amazing
The staff was excellent everyone who helped us was professional and had great attitude, the food was great and the place was kept super clean. Efrain palacios concierge de atención a socios made sure we made every reservation on time and he was very helpful during our stay, ready to answer any questions we had.

Highly recommend X-Carat Arte it exceeded our expectation
Excellent hotel. Room is amazing with the swim up pool. Lots activities to do. The food is all delicious. The staff were all welcoming, kind, friendly, helpfully & knowledgeable especially Teresa Mesera Caigta and Jorge Fernandez. Teresa was very attentive at the lagoon and very helpful. Jorge was also very helpful @ the pool & he also made sure that we were taken care of.

Our entire stay was incredible, nothing like we have ever experienced. Everyone was so thoughtful and intentional with making us feel special and tending to all of our wants. Everything was clean, food was delicious, and the moments we will always remember. Jorge with Concierge went above and beyond to make our experience one to remember. Workers like him are the reason we will be coming back, because good people bring good energy and he has an energy that makes us never want to leave the resort! Thank you to everyone who made this vacation one to remember!

Amazing experience!
Xcaret Arte is AMAZING!!! This place is perfect for anyone looking to disconnect and rejuvenate! All staff is awesome! Our Butlers Jared, Frank, and Hector go above and beyond. Cynthia Franco our housekeeper was always keeping our room clean and homey, she was super nice and professional! Always smiling! The food was phenomenal!! I highly recommend Xcaret for anyone who wants a high level of attention and relaxation! Definitely coming back every year!!

Naomi's help at the concierge area was incredible. She managed to get us reservations for all the activities we wanted and she gave us proper answers to all our questions.
