We where there for our honeymoon and will visit over again
The visit there was like no other. There’s always something special about this resort I can’t get over. They have all the vacation you can enjoy

Exclusive Parties Blaring off Back Patio
I want to start out this review by saying that I went to this resort two years ago and had an amazing time. However, we came back a second time and things have clearly changed with management. We spent the same amount as you would for a quiet peaceful room. However, the resort booked a private party in the pool area that our back patio faced, which vibrated the side of our unit. When we called management, they said “it will be done by 10:3Opm.” It’s comical to stay at a resort where you spend this kind of money and have to feel like you’re at a frat party. We will never be coming back.

Best stay at a resort
My girlfriend and I spent 5 days at this beautiful resort celebrating our anniversary and had a very memorable time. There was one staff member in particular who stood out and provided not only incredible service but is someone that after speaking with throughout our trip I would now consider a good friend. Jorge Fernandez is an exceptional employee and deserves the utmost praise. We were lucky to have him take care of us while we spent a lot of time at the main pool.
