Hotel Xcaret Arte

I visited Hotel Xcaret Arte with 3 friends over Thanksgiving holiday. We had an amazing time at the resort & its parks! We stayed in 2 rooms at Casa de la Musica, and our rooms were consistently attended to by housekeeping (we loved the little gifts they'd leave each day!). We had a great time during our Xenotes excursion, and we had a lot of fun at Xplor Fuego. The resort itself was the perfect vibe we were looking for (luxurious, relaxing, tropical, not crowded, & kid-free!), and we were pleasantly surprised by how yummy all the food offerings were. The highlights of my trip by far, though, were hanging out at the rooftop pool at Casa del Diseño (the views were beautiful, the drinks were flowing, and the staff was top-notch) & enjoying breakfast each morning at Apapachoa (the hand ritual & multiple "courses" ensured my day always got off to a relaxing & yummy start)! I'd especially like to shout-out the staff at the Casa del Diseño rooftop pool (in particular, Justina, Uriel, Mariana, & Mercedes) as well as the hostess at Apapachoa (I don't remember her name, unfortunately) for helping to make each day I spent at Xcaret Arte a special experience that I'll always treasure! Definitely looking forward to returning in the future!

This is was my 4th visit to this wonderful hotel. Cannot recommend it enough. It is the #1 All Inclusive hotel . Everything here is top notch, from the service, food and activities.

The property is amazing and the staff is very attentive. The culinary options are impressive!. definitely on the return visit list!

Wow, this resort is heaven on earth. From the second we arrived on the front drive I knew we were in for a treat. Welcomed with lavender infused oshibori towels and tropical treats, I immediately began to relax. One of the first things to note is you will rarely walk past a single employee who will not warmly greet you throughout the day. The team here feels genuine, like they truly enjoy their jobs and the people they work alongside. With that, service here is top notch, they anticipate your needs throughout your days and slip in and out seamlessly to meet every need. The food and drink is plentiful! At every turn there is another option or another neat "secret" spot to take in the views and sip on a tropical treat. And the activities offered seem somewhat endless on a less than week long trip. The ones we did were spectacular but this is a make your own adventure type of place, so each experience will be unique. A few extra special people really made our trip special and I'd be remiss not to shout them out! Keven, Brenda and Sergio on the Casa de la Pirámide rooftop pool were amazing and made us feel right at home. Spending time up there was more like hanging out with some new friends with the best host skills ever! We couldn't get enough; between the company and the sweeping views, the wildlife visitors and the 5 star service, I could have spend my entire trip lounging here. I hope to return, sooner than later. This place really exceeded my expectations on many levels and I appreciate the focus from the team to all their guests to truly relax and just take in a beautiful new place!

The service and food here were outstanding! A special thanks to the butlers Berenice, Sebastian and Javier. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed and to help us out when my husband became ill for the day. They brought food, got us meds, and checked on us frequently. Unbelievable! The food was fabulous, the waiters were extremely attentive, and the pools were a joy to spend time with the family that we had with us. We were all over 18.
