Hotel Xcaret Arte

My friends and I experienced the most incredible poolside service. The staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and friendly. It was my friend’s birthday and the poolside concierge, Jorge Fernandez, went above and beyond for her birthday cake and specialty drinks presentation. He took care of us multiple times throughout our stay and we were always excited to see him there! Jorge and the rest of the stay gave us a very memorable experience.

Wow! This was the nicest place my wife and I have ever been to. We have been to many other resorts including a sandals in the islands. The people at the resort and how they took care of us was something that made this a great trip. Our Butler team was always there to support you. We had three amazing people Berenice, Javier and especially Sebastian who was over the top helpful. If I only had one thing I would love to see changed is the repeated effort made to sell you vacation packages. lol I deal with vendors and sales people all the time so it wasn’t a big issue for me to say no thank you. But I could see other people uncomfortable with the process. 100% going back!

We had an incredible experience at Xcaret Arte! Fantastic staff and a beautiful resort. Our butler service was a wonderful experience and Sebastian, Javier and Berenice was so helpful and attentive. The staff in all facilities and restaurants were excellent. The resort was very vegan friendly, but our best experience was at the restaurant, Cosexa. The staff was unbelievable!! Food was fantastic! Such warm and welcoming people. We can’t wait to go back!

My family had the time of our lives in one of the most beautiful hotels in the world earlier this March at Hotel Xcaret Arte. There’s always something new to explore, something new to try. A vacation at Xcaret is tiring in the best way possible. We loved visiting the parks, trying different restaurants (we loved Chi and Fuego!), and truly relaxing at such a beautiful spot. The food is great, the parks are so fun, but it’s the staff at Xcaret that truly elevate the destination. It’s important to me to call out some great service we enjoyed: A heartfelt thank you to our Artistas butlers Hector, Jaime, and Karla, who helped make us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. We were especially grateful to David and Wendy from Kibi Kibi, who made our dining experience so memorable with their kindness and outstanding attention to detail. The Artistas pool is an absolute gem. Paloma and Yahir were both fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made relaxing there even more enjoyable. My sister celebrated her birthday at Xcaret last year, and I was lucky enough to celebrate mine this year. Each year, Paloma made sure we had a social day (and a special drink) at the pool, and those memories will be with me always. Thank you, Paloma! We also want to recognize Mariana from Encanta and Henri from Fuego, both of whom provided excellent service and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. And a special thank you to Luis and Orlando at Azul Nogada—their professionalism, warmth, and care truly stood out and made that experience a highlight of our trip. Xcaret can be overwhelming, but truly in the best possible way. My family has made memories over our three years at Xcaret we will hold dear for the rest of our lives. I cannot recommend Hotel Xcaret Arte highly enough—the beauty of the architecture and nature, the thrill of the parks, and the dedication of the staff make this a truly special destination.
