Incredible service and experience.
Had a lovely time staying at xcaret arte, the food was incredible and the staff was always lovely, specially the rooftop bar at diseño. Karen Espinosa and her team were super thoughtful and amazing.

Best experience ever
The experience at Xcaret is outstanding. The setting is beautiful, and the staff is consistently warm and attentive. From housekeeping to the teams at the restaurants and pool, everyone contributes to making the stay truly special. We would especially like to recognize Mr. Jorge Fernández for his exceptional service. This is a place we will return to many times. As my son says, no one in the world provides hospitality quite like the people of Mexico.

Rooftop pool is where it’s at
Love the rooftop pool. Service is excellent! Karen Espinosa provides a warm greeting and keeps everything running flawlessly. Servers Rebeca and Josue took wonderful care of us. Food was delicious as well. My husband loved the octopus tacos and pork belly guacamole.

Alexis is the GOAT
Alexis at the main pool is a gem. Seriously he made me and my friends’ day! He brought aloe for sun burns, kept the drinks flowing (I mean one every 10 mins), gave us cool towels, took pics for us, etc. If you’re ever at the main pool and see Alexis say hi!
