Amazing place and experience

Our visit to Xcaret Arte was truly unforgettable while attending a wedding at the resort. As a travel advisor who also booked a room block at Xcaret, it was wonderful to personally experience the exceptional service and hospitality the resort offers. From the relaxing rooftop pool to the outstanding attention at Casa de los Artistas, every detail made our stay feel special. The dining experience was also amazing, especially at Kibi Kibi — every dish was delicious. Overall, Xcaret Arte exceeded all expectations with its beautiful atmosphere, incredible food, and top-tier service. Highly recommend for a luxurious and memorable getaway!

This resort was an overall amazing experience. All the parks are included, except, Xel-ha plus the Tulum tour. We ended up doing this and had so much fun. My favorite part about staying here was that transportation is included and it’s very easy to get to and from the Parks. The main pool was super clean and George and Rebecca were awesome. George is very personable and a truly awesome individual who loves his job. Every minute of his shift you could see him running back in forth while keeping a smile. Rebecca made me yummy drinks without alcohol without asking her. She learned that I also asked for non-alcoholic beverages. My favorite place to eat was the Mercado. My husband and I ate here at least two times a day. We stayed in Casa Diseno and had our own little swim up which was cute. The only thing that I would like to add is there isn’t much to do on the resort but keep in mind that you have access to all the parks. This resort is more of a relaxation vibe.

Stayed at the Xcaret Arte. Great overall experience. Accommodations, food & drink, entertainment, and personnel were all fantastic. Especially the Concierge at the Infinity Pool…. Alexis. He was so friendly and attentive. Always making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Completely enjoyed our experience. The entire resort is a work of art right in the middle of the jungle. We enjoyed all the parks Xenses, XchelHa and Xplore.. The parks are so well organized and safe. They are not for the weak of heart, very challenging. Our favorite dining experience was Arenal. Every appetizer and entree was delicious. The least favorite was Encanta. Many of the same meals from 6 months ago. First course was a little too unusual. The rooms are large, beautiful and clean. They were always clean and maintained. Biggest recommendation is interactive maps of the grounds and schedules for the week. There is so much to enjoy but there's not one person or place to go to.
