Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya

Fantastic resort! Everything was perfection. I felt the employees truly cared that we had a wonderful vacation. The service was truly amazing. The food was delicious. Resort is immaculate. No complaints. Thanks for a great vacation!

Another great trip in the books. Have been to this location many times and to me it will always be known for the great staff. The food is good and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable. Shout out to Iana in guest services. Have known Iana a long time and she is just one of those people that other people's happiness makes her happy. She goes above and beyond to make sure everyone's trip is special. Also, Lucero in Coffee Republic is a gem!! Another one that just makes me smile. She is that sweet and remembers your order from day to day. Hyatt Zilara is a great vacation spot and the staff make it so enjoyable.

We are now back from a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya. The stay was so nice, beautiful small resort that have a service that are amazing. The Staff at this resort are one of the best we have seen. We were there for 14 nights stay and from the day we arrive to we left they pamper us with great entertainment and fantastic service. The hotel facilities were clean and fresh, and the beach was wonderful. The food was great, and the Drinks was so nice. The entertainment team was amazing, and they are so professional. On daytime they have so many nice activities by the Pool and the beach. You will not be bored here. In the evening there are show by the pool and nightly entertainment in the Sports bar “The Legend”. From the entertainment team we will mention: The Entertainment Manager Victor and his entertainers: Junuell, Fermin, Sandy and Hector. The resort has three la carte restaurants Capri Grill, Lolas beach and the tempest and one Buffet restaurant El Comendor. In all restaurant they have great service and tasty and good food. Our favourite was the Capri Grill. On daytime they also have Lolas snack bar, and a pop-up restaurant called the Zen- Izaz. Here you can have very nice lunches. We just love the Zen-Izaz because they have different teams for lunch every day. Here we like to mention: Food And Beverage Manager Diego, Assistant Food And Beverage Manger Eduardo, Executive Chef Ruben, Sous-chef Gerrardo, Chef Alto and waiters Ivan, Solemon and Norma. There are tree Bars. The lobby Bar Social, Pool and Swim up Bar Olas, and the Legends Sports Bar. Here they serve great drinks and beer, or soft drinks if you preferred that. Here we would like to mention: Barkeepers Israel, Eric, Abraham and Nelson. The pool waiters Julio and Nicole. By the pool there are also Pool Butlers that take care of you and our favourite was Omar. There also a very nice Coffee place called Coffee Republic, her you will meet the always smiling Barista Lucero. The resort has a great Butler service and to take care of this you will meet the beautiful Fernanda that will help you with whatever you need. We were lucky to get to know the General Manager at this resort Mr. Alberto Albinja and he was so nice and did great job running this resort. We will come back to this resort, and I will encourage you all to try the Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya.

I have been to many all inclusive resorts, but none have been as special as the Hyatt Zilara in Riviera Maya. The food was spectacular at every restaurant, the service was incredible, and the Entertainment staff went above and beyond! Fermin, Sandy, Yunuel, and Hector kept the energy of the resort up from start to finish, and I enjoyed every moment I got to spend relaxing and laughing in paradise. I taught yoga twice daily through the incredible Fitness Vacation Exchange program, and would recommend it highly to any fitness instructors looking to broaden their teaching horizons!

What a wonderful little place! I haven't been to an all-inclusive in YEARS. This one felt much less stuffy compared to my experience in the past. The food was incredible (seriously, I could eat at Lola forever) and the serving staff was so friendly and kind - shout out to Valeria, Magdalena, and Elida! We were lucky to have our trip coincide with Mexican Independence Day and it was so beautiful and such fun, even though I never got the chance to hit the piñata (I forgive you Fermin!!). The entertainment staff was wonderful - Fermin and Yunnuel have such infectious energy and I just adored them both. The bartenders are lovely and patient and lord knows they put up with A LOT haha Parts of the facilities definitely show their age at times but nothing out of the normal wear-and-tear of being right next to the ocean however, the spaces are beautifully taken care of and well kept. My only complaint - truly the ONLY issue which isn't really an issue at all if you think about it - was that some of the spaces were TOO brightly lit - especially the sports bar and the italian restaurant Capri. Dimming the lights or even changing them to a bit warmer temp would help the vibe but maybe that's just me. Overall, I love the open air feel of everything and I miss it already! I never thought I'd really be an all-inclusive type but this experience may have changed my mind!
