Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya

Back again for our 5th time in the last 3 years and having a great time. 4 days into our 2 week stay. A lot of the same friendly staff … Ivan, Laura, Benito, Miguel (X 3), Norma, Fransisco, Angel, Bianca to name a few and many new friendly staff. Sargassum is terrible right now but we have a beautiful club level swim out with pool and ocean views. Nice laid back couples atmosphere. We will definitely be back and recommend for couples and small groups.

An incredible stay at Hyatt Zilara Cancun Our stay was absolutely stellar. The updated design and overall atmosphere create such an amazing vibe — the entire resort has this elevated, positive energy that makes it feel special the moment you arrive. The spa was hands down one of the best we’ve ever experienced. The hydrotherapy circuit was incredible and honestly should come with a warning label for how effective it is after a night of “enthusiastic hydration” — let’s just say it’s the closest thing to hitting the reset button after getting a little too committed to the all-inclusive cocktail menu. A huge thank you to the culinary concierge team, who were fantastic from start to finish. Our private dinner was beautifully done and such a memorable experience. Pro tip: come hungry — the main course is incredibly generous, and they definitely don’t believe in sending anyone away underfed. Special shoutout to Jose the barista, who was such a fun presence during our stay. He even made me a special goodbye coffee before we left, which was such a thoughtful touch and a perfect way to end the trip. What really makes this resort exceptional, though, is the staff. Everyone we encountered was genuinely kind, attentive, and clearly puts real love into their work. You can feel the care and pride they bring to creating an amazing experience for guests — and it shows in every detail. We came here celebrating our anniversary and left with incredible memories. We’ll absolutely be back.

Great Place service was awesome throughout room which we received as an upgrade was a plus. Concierge and Butler were right on top of everything. Drinks arestrong. Food was great. Would highly recommend can’t wait to go back

Checkin - checkin process was nice and easy and comfortable . The gentleman that help me Aldo what a sweetheart thank you for the vip service Location - about 45mins from the airport approx Food - the food is nice decent . Need more options for those who have allergies . Buffet is only open for breakfast. I'm glad I was able to order room service for dinner. Beach - had alot of seaweed unfortunately Pool- good temperature water Activities / entertainment - i enjoyed the activities water aerobics, zumba , painting , bracelet making , wine tasting , bingo, trivia game etc it was all amazing and fun. And the shows are amazing . To all the staff thank you for the entertainment Spa - Zen spa is beautiful would definitely recommend . The water hydrotherapy is amazing . I have never done a cold plunge before what an experience . I ended up going twice which im glad I did . The 2nd time was a way better experience I guess since I knew what to expect . Hyatt - Zilara (Riviera Maya) is a very SMALL resort. About 45 minutes from the airport. Clean. Nice staff. Food was okay. Unfortunately, I would say it was also boring. Activities wasn’t of the sort that got you motivated. No nightlife at all. Restaurants closed at 10pm, activities ended at 10pm. For an “adults only” environment - if you’re here to not really do anything on the resort (or not here for a helluva good time)- the price point is nice. I personally would only do no more than a 5 day - 4 night. Really, a 3 day - 2 night MAXIMUM is ideal.
