A 7-star experience, truly magnificent! We'll be back!
This was a somewhat impromptu 4 day trip with my wife and 5 year old son, and what a lovely trip it was! Firstly, the staff at the hotel were simply wonderful without exception. This was beyond your typical 5-star experience, and I've stayed at a lot of top class hotels around the world. I jokingly said to my wife, this could be the peak, it's all downhill from here... One anecdote - we ordered room service for dinner one night as my son was tired. When our delicious meal was delivered, the head Chef came along too, and explained how the meal was prepared along with the ingredients! That was a first, but an exceptional touch. Occupancy was pretty low given the season, and we were upgraded to a room with a plunge pool, which was really amazing. My 5 year old was in that pool first thing in the morning, and we had breakfast on the terrace each morning. Special shout out to Pedro, Ramon & Eros at the Pool Bar, thanks for taking such good care of us!

Another Great Edition
We love checking out the Edition properties and this one did not disappoint! It had everything we have come to expect, cool lobby, epic design, and above all else some of the most hospitable people around. No matter where in the world we have gone it always feels consistent but also genuine to the area and authentic to the local experience. I would love to shout out Miguel for taking exceptional care of us, along with all the beach/pool servers (Ivan, Marco, Henry, Fernando).

SO’OL at The Edition Riviera Maya
We had the best time at the Edition! The cherry on top was the staff! Especially the staff at SO’OL beach club. Manual, Maria and Andy went above and beyond and made sure we had a good time! This place is a 10/10 and a must stay while in Mexico! Thank you ti the edition for making our anniversary that mich more special!! Xoxo

Great Anniversary at Riviera Maya beach club!
Amazing experiences overall! My wife and I came for an anniversary and the entire staff was incredible in the moment we walked in. We got a massage and they make it an entire experience from the spa area to the massage itself. We also went to the bar nearby the pool closer to the beach, everybody was amazing and very nice. At the pool/beach bar we sat with Miguel, Andy, and Maria and even got a special oyster shot with ginger and mezcal. Whether you’ve been to another Edition hotel or not, Riviera Maya is a must-see!
