Amazing time at Edition Riviera Maya/SOOL
Having the most amazing time at Sool with Miguel Suarez! He provided exceptionally attentive service and made fantastic recommendations—especially the oysters. He even introduced a creative twist: a “fake oyster” Jell-O shot made with mezcal, which was absolutely delicious. Instead of eating a real oyster, it was a fun and flavorful Jell-O shot experience. The menu is delicious and offers so many healthy options. So far, this hotel is a solid 10/10 for service, location, and overall customer experience.

I visited in my last hollydays, the rooms was so confortable and so clean, I ate a roll lobster in Sool and the atention from Jonathan and all the hotel was amazing.
