⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at Atelier Playa Mujeres was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth, and the level of service exceeded every expectation. A special thank you to Emmanuel and César, our wonderful Inspira butlers, who truly made our vacation unforgettable. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care ensured everything ran smoothly, from making last-minute dinner reservations to surprising us with thoughtful touches throughout our stay. They were always just a message away and went above and beyond to make us feel pampered and relaxed. The resort itself is stunning—beautiful beachfront, luxurious rooms, delicious dining, and a calm, upscale atmosphere that’s perfect for both relaxation and celebration. But it was the personalized service from Emmanuel and César that truly set this trip apart. We’ll absolutely be returning and we’ll be asking for Emmanuel and César again!

From the moment we arrived at Atelier Playa Mujeres, we knew we had made the right choice. We booked the Junior Ocean Front Suite with the Inspira Experience, and every single detail exceeded our expectations. Let’s start with the room: spacious, impeccably clean, and elegantly designed, with breathtaking views of the turquoise Caribbean waters. The bed was heavenly, the soaking tub a dream, and the rainfall shower was the perfect touch of luxury. The suite was kept immaculate daily by the amazing housekeeping staff, who refreshed everything with such attention to detail — even the robes and slippers were neatly replaced without us asking. But what truly made this experience unforgettable was the Inspira Experience and the people behind it — especially our incredible butlers, Rodolfo and Alexis. They made us feel like VIPs every step of the way. Whether it was making all of our dining reservations, ensuring we had top-shelf drinks stocked, arranging pool and beach cabanas, or coordinating breakfast in bed, they thought of everything before we even had to ask. Their kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness were on another level. They were always just a WhatsApp message away — friendly, responsive, and full of thoughtful touches. The Inspira upgrade truly elevates the stay. Some highlights included: • Private check-in and check-out in the air-conditioned Inspira Lounge • Access to exclusive areas of the resort including the rooftop infinity pool and sun decks • Premium liquor and snacks restocked daily in our suite • Reserved luxury sun loungers and butler service at the beach and pool • Special turndown service with aromatherapy • Priority restaurant reservations and premium wines • Exclusive access to Maria Dolores by Edgar Nuñez with a complimentary tasting menu (an absolute must!) Speaking of food — every restaurant was phenomenal. From the gourmet cuisine at Maria Dolores to the delicious sushi at Takeshi, the authentic Italian at Cilento, and the beachfront bites at El Suspiro, we were blown away by the variety and quality. The wait staff at each restaurant were warm, knowledgeable, and took such pride in their service. They made dining an experience, not just a meal. Special thanks to the bartenders, servers, and host staff — every interaction was filled with hospitality and joy. Our favorite restaurants were Takeshi and Los Abresos! The beach staff were equally outstanding, always making sure we were comfortable, hydrated, and enjoying ourselves. Whether it was offering fresh towels, setting up our cabana each morning, or delivering drinks with a smile, they never missed a beat. The pool concierge and activity staff brought energy and fun without ever being intrusive. Every single staff member — from the concierge and front desk agents, to the groundskeepers and butlers, and others — contributed to the resort’s warm, welcoming energy. It’s clear that this is a team that loves what they do and takes immense pride in providing a five-star experience. If you’re looking for a resort that blends luxury, service, style, and soul, look no further than Atelier Playa Mujeres. And if you can, upgrade to the Inspira Experience — and absolutely ask for Rodolfo and Alexis. You’ll leave relaxed, pampered, and already planning your return.

The entire experience was exceptional! The food was incredible, service was as well. We did not book Inspira, but we upgraded after a couple of days and are now members. Our butlers Leyner and Carlos were very attentive and took care of everything we needed. The temperature was a little warm in our Inspira room but we messaged Carlos and he took care of it immediately. Leyner was also helpful in arranging transportation for us. Every staff member we had contact with was pleasant and greeted us with a smile. The atmosphere overall was very relaxed. At no time did the resort feel crowded. We had no problems getting reservations for dinner nor any shortage in availability for chairs or cabanas by the pools or the beach even before the upgrade. The VIP lounge access at the airport was a very appreciated amenity. Ateliers service extends way beyond their property. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful property with amazing food. Some issues with transportation needs to be addressed but we were able to solve them with an independent company. The service from all staff was polite and respectful. Drinks top shelf. Had a great time.

Resort is a 10/10. The grounds are gorgeous and so clean. We loved all the food except Maria Delores. Maria Delores didn’t taste any different than their own restaurants. We had excellent service at the bars and pools. Beach was a little spotty, but they work so so hard. Drinks were delicious and they do not skimp on the alcohol! We loved Maximilliano at the Calle bar and Donovan at Mercado 19!
