ATELIER Playa Mujeres

Our butlers pingting and Brandon were super helpful! Loved that they could get our clothes steamed every day if needed. Weather was perfect and the daily room cleaners and turn down service was top notch! We’ve been multiple times and food was hit or miss this time when normally it’s all fantastic. We recommend cilento and kopai! We had a roof top suite and really enjoyed laying out up there with the shade and dipping pool. Loved our view and the rooftop bar for inspira members. Kevin was super attentive!

The Atelier Playa Mujeres resort is amazing and have hopes that I can return next year. The rooms were clean & the amenities were delectable. Food seasoned just right. Majority personnel were friendly & made our stay pleasant. The Concierge personnel Gabriel, Julia, and Marisa were absolutely wonderful. Their hospitality & assistance were essential in making my daughter & niece's birthday celebrations memorable. The piñatas, Happy Birthday signs, & special treats in the room were the extra touches provided which gave their celebrations a special vibe. They were surprised & excited. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all that did to make our stay lovely, special, inviting & memorable. Also want to acknowledge Damian for guiding us to our room, explaining the setup & ensuring our luggage was taken care of. Anytime we saw him, he asked how we were doing & answered any questions we had. Moses & the other wait staff were always accommodating; including Rafael at Maria Dolores. Can't forget about the spa as it was exhilarating & relaxing. Our massage therapists had magical & healing hands!!!😌 Look forward to returning to see & experience the other specialties & areas I missed this time around.

Atelier is a true 5 star AI resort. We had an inspira swim out- which we loved. Our butlers Rodolfo and Yareni were amazing! They were extremely helpful and always available. They went above and beyond to help me surprise my husband for his 40th birthday with decorations. The food at the resort was great. Highly recommend this resort.!

If you’re looking for the perfect getaway with amazing restaurants, beautiful architecture, and a welcoming staff, I couldn’t recommend Atelier Playa Mujeres enough. Each meal we had was delicious, which can be hard to find at an all-inclusive resort. Our top favorites were Los Abrazos and Takeshi. At Los Abrazos, the ribeye steak was cooked to a perfect medium-rare and the portion size was generous. At Takeshi, we loved the Pad Thai and shrimp curry—both were incredibly flavorful and perfect for sharing. The service at this resort was top-tier. Everyone we interacted with was attentive, welcoming, and friendly. I especially want to mention Carlos from the Entertainment Team, who helped make our trip so memorable. He led activities throughout the day, and his positive energy and friendliness made them enjoyable not just for us, but for all the guests.
