My family and I stayed here for 4 nights and had an amazing time! The staff were really friendly and helpful. Special mention to Fiorenzo, Aldo and Giussi at concierge. The location is great, short walk to the beach and amazing views overlooking Positano. Great restaurant, bar and rooftop pool.

Our family of 5 stayed at this gorgeous hotel and apart from its infamous terrace with magical views it’s truly the wonderful staff that make it feel like a home away from home. Its position is perfect, a pleasant walk down to the beach but high enough to enjoy the picturesque views away from crowds. Also has a lovely pool and again very attentive staff! We would definately stay here again! Grazie x

I arrived on my return visit to the beautiful Hotel Poseidon, greeted by Margot who is always so kind and welcoming. She advised my room wasn’t ready, as I was several hours ahead of checkin time. So I relaxed by the pool and ordered a light bite. Within an hour or so I was informed that not only was my room ready but I was upgraded to a one bedroom suite! Such a nice surprise, Ivan showed me to my room and I settled in. What a beautiful room and view of the sea. And a wonderful balcony to enjoy a glass of champagne on arrival or a wine during my stay! Everything in the room was perfect and so spacious. I had dinner at Il Tridente that evening and never disappoints! Really enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere and view is perfect! The included breakfast of course is so great with a large selection of food and nutritional juices. I spent the next day at the pool where Lorenzo took great care of the guests and enjoyed another light bite and a cocktail. This hotel is so warm and welcoming feels like home. I also had the pleasure of visiting the spa for an amazing manicure and pedicure with Valentina. Honestly the best mani pedi I have had in years paid such attention to detail and cuticles and the polish amazing! I would highly recommend not only the hotel, but the restaurant and the spa as well! Thank you Hotel Poseidon for another wonderful stay at your lovely hotel!

Positano Perfection!
Beautiful classy hotel with charm and hospitality! This was a private villa at one time and remains family owned. They truly seem to care about maintaining excellence. Incredible attention to detail from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff goes above and beyond to meet the needs of guests. Special thank you to Marco and Giusie. The location is perfect with a beautiful view. Best restaurant in Positano (Il Tridente). Be sure to make reservations if peak season as it books up in advance. Comfortable beds. Lovely lounge areas and bar. Fantastic cocktails. Live music on terrace some nights. Small but lovely pool to keep you cool in between outings. Good full breakfast buffet with plenty of options for everyone in family. We look forward to staying again next trip to the area.
