Great value and excellent customer service
Location of the hotel was perfect and very central, enabling us to walk everywhere with ease. The reception area was very welcoming and all staff provided excellent customer service. We were offered a free hot chocolate and sweets on arrival. The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast at £10.99 was very good value and substantial. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved it
Loved it. We’ve stayed at Preimer Plus twice and twice was standard. Loved it every minute. The room was very clean so was bathroom too. Breakfast was lovely and full English breakfast was well cooked. So yummy. We will back next year

Great central hotel however not sufficiently resourced
Great central hotel. Only downside is very underresourced - only 1 staff member covering check-in, guest queries, the bar and restaurant orders. 1 chef only at restaurant and whilst guests would be accommodated there was a long wait as they limited number of diners due to staff shortage. No bar staff for over an hour one day. Staff were friendly and doing all they could but Premier Inn need to invest in more staff rather than requiring individual staff to pick up all tasks.
