Comfortable
My stay here was for two nights, and like the title said the rooms are comfortable. I was staying in room 427 and my only complaint was that using the shower, was was spraying from the top of the head which soaked the bathroom. I think the pipe wasn't on properly/aligned but couldn't tighten it myself. The beds had been comfortable and I had a couple of comfortable nights. The breakfast is also well priced and tasty. On my last visit i had some issues with my card l not working correctly with the lights so both times there had been niggly issues but would still recommend for a stay in city centre at a reasonable price.

Premium room not worth the extra money!
We stayed in a “premium room” which had holes in the wall of the bathroom. The holes were obviously where someone had pulled the toilet roll holder and the towel rail of the wall but the hotel hadn’t fixed them and instead just left the holes! How can you charge more for a premium room that doesn’t even have a toilet roll holder! The room and bed were comfy as you would expect from a premier inn although the room could have done with a bit of a better clean in places. Breakfast was nice and the ease of checking in and out was very handy for a busy weekend.

Disappointing.....
Disappointed, stayed Feb 28th overnight, double room, very small,windows were filthy on the outside, room basically clean.We have stayed in much better,wouldn't stay in this one again,very handy for the docs, but for the price £243, was disappointing. Wasn't worth the money,never been disappointed before at Premier,such a shame.Bins banging in the evening. Drains smelt outside and in reception on the Saturday.....
