Excellent in every way
Excellent. Great location, gorgeous room, comfy bed, food was great. Welcomed warmly and very understanding toward my son who is severely autistic. We will be back.

Great stay quiet even though it was central
Hotel was great, not far from station and central too, even so it was quiet. The hotel was clean and tidy. The staff on the evenings i was there were friendly and helpful. I would stay there again, Thank you

Wonderful stay
Had a lovely time at the hotel, stayed 2 nights due to hospital visit from the Isle of Man. We were welcomed by a smashing guy who was in the booking area, I’d had a difficult trip over and was in tears when we arrived, this guy stood chatting to me asking if I was ok and even gave me a hug. Room was a little tired but it didn’t stop us having a lovely time. I think his name was David. He has to be one of the nicest guys we’ve come across, nothing was to much trouble. Will definitely stay again as we visited Liverpool regularly. Thanks guys

DRILLING AT 6AM
If youre thinking of coming here DONT. We booked in yesterday for 4 nights and werent told theres work being carried out on the building. At 6.30am this morning the drilling and banging started. To say im angry is an understatement. They had the cheek to take nearly £400 from us for 4 nights of no sleep. Heading to reception shortly to complain. This isnt on 😡

On arrival , Megan on reception checked us in very informative of the area sent us to the the local pubs atmosphere was great , Think she deserves a weekend off she looked over worked , a definite asset to your establishment
