One&Only Le Saint Geran

We stayed at Premier Inn Liverpool ONE for a Beatles trip and found the location really good for exploring Liverpool city centre. Everything was within easy reach, with plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions nearby. We came mainly to do the Beatles tour, and while this hotel is very central, the Beatles Museum and Magical Mystery Tour departure point are down by the docks. If you’re driving, it may actually be easier staying at a Premier Inn closer to the docks as there’s no parking at this hotel, although there are nearby car parks available. The staff were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay, which made a great impression. The only small downside was that the TV and hairdryer were a little temperamental, but I didn’t report it to reception and I’m sure they would have sorted it quickly if I had mentioned it. Overall, a comfortable stay in a great central location and a good base for a Liverpool city break.

We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return. Location is central to both the town and bus station (very handy for using the airport bus). The room was spacious and clean, with very good lighting which is not always the case in a hotel room! Had a great nights sleep as the beds were comfortable and you couldn’t hear noise outside of the room. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to come to Liverpool for a cheap get away!

the room was cold tried tried to turn i the heating. but still cold. the shower was not very warm. breakfast was ok. as was the evening meal. Services very slow. the room was very clean. good location.

We stayed here in January and had a very good experience. However this time it was slightly disappointing. We paid extra for a premier plus room but had to go up and down to reception several times to firstly get a tv remote then because the remote we were given didn’t work. Eventually it transpired the tv wasn’t working so we had to change room. A further trip to reception in the evening as we had only been given one bath towel. On top of this, there were no ‘sweet treats’ in the room. Breakfast first morning was good although no clementines available, one sad looking banana and some apples. The second morning I ordered poached eggs,had to ask twice if they’d been forgotten and had to wait twenty minutes. Still no citrus fruit available. On the positive side, all the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly especially the male member of staff who helped us find another room. The hotel is in an excellent location and less than ten minutes walk from Lime Street. Having a Tesco right next door is very useful.
