Luxury in Prague
Beautiful rooms with charming decor. Location is amazing- you couldn’t get a better area to stay in! The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I felt extremely safe as a solo female traveler but the hotel staff was not especially friendly. Upon check-in, my room wasn’t ready and they asked me to sit for 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes later I went back to the desk and my room was suddenly ready - it was very clear they forgot about me. The breakfast is a beautiful but busy event each morning. The hostess sat me and asked, “Will you be long?” - this did not feel appropriate and it was clear they wanted me in and out to make room for other guests. The bar was also not friendly- I sat down and asked for a drink menu and was promptly told they were out of all their signature cocktails. While it was a beautiful hotel, I expected better service just as I have experienced in other Andaz properties.

Excellent hotel. Well kept and great service. Room was clean and well appointed. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, dinner not so much. Only complaint was tepid water in the shower

Excellent hotel except MEZ bar
Hotel is excellent and deserves five star! Location is excellent and beautiful place to stay. Hotel staff were excellent and willing to help. It would have been a five star experience except for the terrible experience at the hotel's MEZ Bar. Bar staff simply ignored patrons and didn't take any orders. I waited 15 minutes and just left after being ignored.
