Andaz Prague

Loved our stay, exceeded expectations. The staff is top notch going above and beyond yo be helpful, friendly, etc. The hotel is well located, the suite we were in was lovely with contemporary furnishings & loads of space. The included breakfast had tasty options daily and the free happy hour cocktails were delicious. Special shoutouts to Mila the doorman & Jack the concierge. Only cautions: the bed was a bit firmer than we like & the fushion restaurant food was a but weird & disappointing but hey, we tried.

location was great, rooms beautiful, food delicious. it was really clean, not noise, the atmosphere was nice. the service was great, everything was better that I thought.

Amazing hotel in a very nice location in Prague! The breakfast at the hotel was a highlight of our stay, and the dinner at the restaurant was also very good. The rooms are very large and are nicely decorated. There is a nice vibe throughout the hotel and everyone who we interacted with was very nice. Noise was not a problem even though you are near the train station.

This is the best hotel in Europe we've stayed in so far - even much better than Andaz Vienna. It is a beautiful hotel located in the town center. It is clean, modern with a warm ambiance. The staff in the front desk was friendly, kind, engaging, and they followed through. As a Globalist, our upgraded suite was not ready when we arrived. They accommodated us in a junior suite so that we can rest until our upgraded room was ready. In the end, we decided to stay in the junior suite because it was spacious, very nice, and we were very comfortable. Our flight the following morning was early and we did not have time to eat breakfast in the dining room. The front desk coordinated with the kitchen staff to make sure our breakfast was delivered to our room before we left. We truly appreciate the effort and the coordination of the staff to accommodate our needs. The restaurant and bar has great food and the dining area was relaxing. The staff were pleasant and helpful with the menu selections. It was a wonderful stay and I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We had a very pleasant stay at Andaz Prague. The hotel is beautiful, well located, and the staff were warm and professional throughout our visit. The only issue we faced was with the TV in our room turning on randomly during the night, including twice around 1 am, which startled our child. The team was apologetic and offered a room change on the last night, but moving rooms for one night wasn’t practical. The only temporary solution was to unplug the TV.
