Andaz Prague

We had the perfect stay at Andaz in Prague. The hotel is so new but retains an old feel, and is beautifully located. We loved the welcome drinks. Our room was spacious and immaculate. Highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Prague.

The Andaz is in a wonderful location to explore Prague. It's in a beautiful building with lots of interesting art. The reception team are very welcoming and gave some great recommendations. The highlight for us was Mike the porter who always went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was also great.

From the 1st moment I knew this hotel was a good choice. The staff appearance, the smell of lobby, design... I was in Prague many times, but always in different hotel to try, which one is the best. From now my mission is accomplished, no need to search further. Junior Suite was perfect, modern, comfy and clean like in NASA :) Dinner in ZEM was outstanding, especially cauliflower. Breakfast maybe the best ever, because I hate all the uneaten food left on opulent tables after 11AM. Here only small buffet and the rest ala carte. Best solution and very tasty and also fast. The hotel got no issues at all. I tried to find some, I like to do that stuff, even the smallest things just for fun. Here ZERO. Nothing. 100 points from 100. We will be back soon, that is for sure.

This is a beautiful hotel. The building is amazing historic and beautiful lobby with a welcoming drink in the lobby, which is a very nice touch. The building is beautiful. It’s located in a great area in the city not in the old town but close enough perfect and very convenient for easy in and out walkable distance to the train station And a huge parking lot in front of it. The rooms are very look serious. Typical for Hyatt. The checking was amazing. I made a mistake in the checking and I reserve an extra broom since I need two and I made a mistake by reserving three yet the check team canceled that reservation at no charge which was great. I am very grateful to the manager And the reception team. As always with Hyatt, everything is luxurious clean well done with class , along with great people helping you make this one of the best if not the best hotel in town I would definitely come back to this hotel

A very special mention must go to Gabriel, our Cuban compatriot, whose presence elevated our stay even further. His warmth, generosity, and authentic passion for the city were remarkable. He consistently went above and beyond, offering thoughtful and engaging insights into Prague’s architecture, social customs, cultural life, and entertainment scene. His recommendations and personal stories added a meaningful and memorable layer to our experience, making the city feel both accessible and deeply personal. What truly sets Andaz Prague apart is the hotel’s ability to deliver service that feels both seamless and heartfelt—attentive without ever being intrusive, refined yet wonderfully human. The team demonstrated an impressive ability to anticipate our needs, respond with grace, and maintain an atmosphere of calm excellence at all times. The experience was so outstanding that we extended our stay by two additional nights—and later added a third—especially after our original flights were cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. Rather than feeling inconvenienced, we felt incredibly fortunate to remain in such a welcoming and well-managed environment. The Andaz Prague team transformed an unexpected travel disruption into an opportunity to further enjoy the hotel and the city, leaving us with lasting positive memories. We cannot thank the entire Andaz Prague team enough for their dedication, kindness, and exceptional hospitality. This is service at its finest, and we look forward to returning.
