Andaz Prague

Convenient location, excellent building and room and superb service are the best attributes for Andaz Prague. Cannot believe the rooms can be designed so elegantly in an old building. Service is also very good. The only thing that can be improved is having a bell boy located near the entrance and help with the luggages. I arrived in a rainy afternoon and got all wet because I couldn’t find a bell boy Breakfast is good and they changed the menu every second day. Had dinner in the restaurant one nite, food very good. Drinking vibes are good too at the bar.

Wonderful historic-facade / updated-interior property in an excellent location. Rooms were thoughtfully Andaz-appointed, great bath, wonderful views of the city. Location by the train station made train and air transfers easy (Airport Express direct bus is only a couple blocks away in front of the station). Easy 10 minutes walk into the Old Town and the riverfront. Breakfast (staff, food, setting) is a major highlight and included for Globalist. Special thank you to Arina for organizing connecting rooms as well as an excellent birthday celebration for my wife. Danielle, Katerina, Caroline, Mirachelle - thank you for making our daily breakfasts on the terrace a highlight of our entire Prague trip.

This hotel was perfect. It is an easy walk into the Old Town. The rooms are modern and stylish and very comfortable. The bar staff were very good. The restaurant has better food than the others I had tried in Prague and the prices are very reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

One of our favorite hotel stays ever! The staff is friendly without being overbearing, Our room was beautiful with great views and the bed was comfortable. We loved the minibar with lemonades and water that was refilled daily, and breakfast was delicious. The Andaz is in a great location with a tram stop right outside the door, and easily walkable to Old Town.

We were celebrating our anniversary and our son’s graduation trip. We were staying at the park Hyatt Vienna,and after this hotel the park Hyatt Milan. I was nervous about booking this hotel as I wasn’t sure it could be as nice as a park Hyatt. At the end of the day I was extremely happy. I always book a suite for my wife and I because she wakes up very early and I like to sleep late. So I always try to get a room that has a separate living area. As we were celebrating our anniversary I booked it way in advance probably 6 months. However when we arrived there was only a junior suite because they switched systems and lost the notes and requests that I submitted via email. I showed them the email and explained I am a globalist and this is unacceptable. They apologized however I went online in front of them and was able to book the larger suite for that night! The system took the reservation even though they were sold out! I was getting upset. The hotel manager came out calmed me down and apologized and practically begged to make it right. She was AMAZING! She defused the situation got us a beautiful suite for the other 2 nights and even paid for my wife to have a massage. Now a little more about the hotel. It is almost brand new. The lobby and common areas are beautiful and clean. The restaurant is wonderful. The hallways smell nice and are decorated nicely. The exercise room is technogym equipment, small but very nice. The spa area is available to all guests and they have a beautiful sauna and steam room area. This is a nice touch after walking around Prague all day. The location is amazing right near town. You can walk everywhere. Overall I was very happy and appreciative with the service.
