Firstly, the wonderful things at this hotel are the staff, the breakfast and the Cafe restaurant food. It’s also in a great location, minutes from Wenceslas square and lovely bars and restaurants. We ended up here last minute due to an awful experience with the Cloud One hotel Prague. Now the part that spoiled it for us was the room decor which is old, worn and dated. The room carpet was filthy s as were the upholstered chairs. The bed and bedding and also the towels were spotlessly clean as you would expect for a 5 star hotel. Other than that I can’t see how this hotel fulfills its rating. The staff are wonderful and they catered very well for a gluten free diet, there was loads of choice at breakfast and also in the cafe.

At about a 10-minute walk from the Astronomical Clock, location is a strong point. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bath towels could use an upgrade as they were smaller and showing some wear. The shower is in the bathtub which means a big step up/down with no grab bars. Our included breakfast had an omelet station and an average selection of pastries and fruits.

We stayed at the Art Nouveau Palace Hotel with our family for 3 nights and 3 days, and overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Our arrival was delayed due to a delay at the airport. We informed the reception about the delay, and the team was very understanding and accommodating. They also proactively notified the hotel driver, who was scheduled to pick us up from the airport. This thoughtful communication was much appreciated and made our late arrival completely hassle-free. The check-in and checkout process was seamless, and the room was exactly as per our requirements. Pros - Prime location: The hotel is very centrally located, with major tourist attractions, restaurants, shops and other amenities within easy walking distance. - Friendly and courteous staff: The staff were welcoming, professional and always ready to assist. - Excellent breakfast: A very good variety of choices, catering well to different preferences. - Well maintained: The property was neat, clean and well looked after, with beautiful architecture and interiors that add to its charm. Cons - No swimming pool: This could be a consideration for families travelling with children or guests looking for leisure facilities. - External noise: Due to the hotel's central location and proximity to roads and trams, some traffic and tram noise can be heard, particularly from rooms facing the street. Overall Overall, the Art Nouveau Palace Hotel offers very good value for money, particularly for families who appreciate beautiful architecture, elegant interiors and a touch of royal, old-world ambience. The combination of its prime location, welcoming staff, cleanliness, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast makes it a hotel we would happily recommend to families visiting Prague. Despite the minor drawbacks, our overall experience was very positive and enjoyable.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a road trip to Austria, and really don’t have any complaints at all. We had a deluxe room which was very spacious and comfortable with a decent bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and the staff were all very good - professional but friendly. The hotel was in a decent location not far from the main sites but still in a nice quiet location. There was also a really interesting museum dedicated to the artist Alphonse Mucha , opposite the hotel which is worth a visit. It was our first trip to Prague but will not be our last and when we return we will definitely stay at the Art Nouveau Palace.

Very very good hotel with great breakfast. The standard was excellent on every aspekt and ac was great since we had 35degrees. Parking was easy and elevator straight up in the garage but little pricy arond 38euro per night. We were very happy that we chose this hotel and location was perfect with couple minutes from the famous square. Thanks Tommy

Stayed at the Hotel Palace Praha from September 20-24.... This portion was the highlight of a month-long birthday present to my daughter. We couldn't have picked a better hotel or location to start her first journey in Europe. The staff and hotel went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. By way of thanks, I have been talking about that experience to all my friends and relatives. I would hope to try to duplicate the experience, but am sure it was once in a lifetime.

We were extremely pleased with Hotel Palace Praha and we were treated as royalty. The highlight of the experience was the dinner. The hotel restaurant is magnificently decorated in Art Nouveau style (as is most of Prague) and the Maitre d' greeted us as old friends. We had three waiters and they included a bottle of wine. The piano player made the evening special (and romantic) and the food was outstanding.

The service at the Hotel Palace Praha was exceptional. Not only did they arrange a car to meet us at the airport, they decorated our lovely room with a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers, candles and rose petals with a note wishing us a happy honeymoon. The restaurant staff was among the most friendly we met on our whole trip. The live jazz band in the restaurant even played for us the first dance song from our wedding. I’ve recommended it to everyone I know...

In October we traveled to Prague, Czech Republic, and the Hotel Palace Praha. The hotel was wonderful, luxurious but unpretentious, and our room was beautiful with one of the hotel’s few balconies. The service was exceptional, the location perfect, but the highlight was dinner. I am something of a 'foodie', both gourmet and gourmand, and we have eaten our way through three-star restaurants of a number of countries, but I have never had a better, more graciously served, or more memorable meal than that included in our package - and the (included) outstanding Czech wine was a revelation.
