Fairmont Golden Prague

Had an amazing stay in this hotel over my birthday. They really went above and beyond to pamper me - wow! But the hotel itself is just such a great property: > The outdoor pool in winter and the huge sauna with a view are so amazing. > The views out of the river are lovely (please book a room with view) > The dinner at the top level restaurant was a bit pricey but really amazing and also fantastic cocktails (go for one of them). > The Gold Lounge feels like a real lounge with amazing bites, great beverages and incredibly attentive staff (not like the typically 'sad' European executive lounge). > And finally the WHOLE staff feels like providing real customer service with love and a honest smile.

Spectacular ! Perfect location. Beautiful property, high-tech elegant rooms. Art works everyone, the hotel feels like an art gallery. The spa proposes modern facilities, ideal after a day of sight-seeing. The buffet breakfast is a must, with view to the castle. The rooftop bar serves delicious Asian food. The lobby bar is refined and cocooning, I recommend having tea served with honey from the hotel's honeycombs. The staff is perfect, they will fulfill any request. Fairmont is a place to remember and to wish to come back.

Fabulous hotel - so luxurious and modern. Fantastic room with luxurious fittings and beautiful bathroom. Staff are absolutely amazing and can’t do enough for you - offers of help from door staff to concierge and restaurant/ bar staff. Great location just by the river and short walk to old town square and the famous astronomical clock. Beautiful city with imposing Castle overlooking city. Highly recommend this hotel and the city 🤩

From the very moment we arrived, we were greeted by exceptionally warm and attentive staff at the entrance, who confirmed our names and kindly escorted us to the Fairmont Gold Lounge for check-in. It was a level of welcome that I had not experienced even at the Forbes 5-Star Four Seasons Prague. The Fairmont Gold Lounge team was truly outstanding—genuinely kind, professional, and thoughtful. The entire check-in process was seamless and unhurried. What impressed me most was how respectfully the staff handled our room selection, patiently waiting without any pressure and always prioritizing our comfort. Among them, Marcos, who personally escorted us, was so remarkably kind and attentive that I felt compelled to ask for his name—an experience I will not forget. Upgrading to a Fairmont Gold room was absolutely the right decision. The immaculate condition of the room, with perfectly clean bedding and towels, along with flawless housekeeping, made the space feel welcoming and comfortable from the very first moment we entered. This hotel truly stands out as one of the few in the world that not only remembers the primary guest, but also takes the time to recognize and care for accompanying guests by name. Throughout our stay, we were fortunate to encounter only sincere and thoughtful service—from the friendly gentleman at the gym who remembered us from our second visit, to the doormen at the entrance who kindly assisted and looked after us all the way until our departure for the airport. Lastly, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Katka for the warm farewell and the beautiful welcome letter. I will cherish it and keep it as a precious memory of our stay. If I have the opportunity to visit Prague again, Fairmont Golden Prague will undoubtedly be my first choice. 도착하는 순간부터 입구에서 이름을 확인해 주신 직원분들의 따뜻하고 세심한 환대가 인상적이었습니다. 곧바로 페어몬트 골드 라운지로 안내받아 체크인을 진행했는데, 이는 포브스 5스타로 평가받는 포시즌스 프라하에서도 경험하지 못했던 수준의 환영이었습니다. 페어몬트 골드 라운지 팀은 진심 어린 친절함과 높은 전문성을 모두 갖추고 있었으며, 체크인 과정은 매우 매끄럽고 여유롭게 진행되었습니다. 특히 객실 선택 과정에서 전혀 부담을 주지 않고, 투숙객의 편의를 최우선으로 배려하며 차분히 기다려주신 점이 인상 깊었습니다. 그중에서도 직접 에스코트해 주신 마르코스 직원분은 잊기 어려울 만큼 따뜻하고 세심한 응대를 보여주셔서, 따로 성함을 여쭤볼 정도로 깊은 인상을 남겼습니다. 추가 비용을 지불하고 페어몬트 골드 룸으로 업그레이드한 선택은 정말 탁월한 결정이었습니다. 완벽하게 정돈된 침구와 수건, 그리고 흠잡을 데 없는 객실 정비 상태는 객실에 들어서는 순간부터 편안함과 쾌적함을 느끼게 해주었습니다. 이 호텔은 대표 투숙객뿐만 아니라 동반 투숙객의 이름까지 기억하고 세심하게 챙겨주는, 전 세계에서도 드물게 진정한 환대를 실천하는 특별한 호텔이라고 느꼈습니다. 머무는 동안 두 번째 방문부터 바로 알아봐 주셨던 친절한 헬스장 직원분, 공항으로 출발하는 순간까지 세심하게 살펴주시던 입구 도어맨 직원분들까지, 만난 모든 분들의 진심 어린 응대가 이번 숙박을 더욱 특별하게 만들어 주었습니다. 마지막으로, 따뜻한 환송의 메시지와 함께 웰컴 레터를 직접 작성해 주신 Katka 직원분께 깊은 감사를 전합니다. 그 편지는 이번 투숙의 소중한 추억으로 오래도록 간직하겠습니다. 앞으로 프라하를 다시 방문하게 된다면, 망설임 없이 페어몬트 골든 프라하를 다시 선택할 것 같습니다.

Exquisite customer service from the moment we entered, escorted to 8th floor lounge for private check in to a hand delivered tour of our room where our luggage was already waiting. The attention to detail in the beautiful hotel is luxurious. The many restaurants are accommodating and the CooCoos Nest bar with signature cocktails is fabulous! The spa with indoor/outdoor pool along with the outdoor hot tub was delightful in the snow. We extended our stay for an additional 3 nights to continue our experience here in Prague.
