Fairmont Golden Prague

Exceptional experience from beginning to end. The hotel is amazing, team members do not skip a step and are pure class . Amazing selection of restaurants offering great quality food and drinks. This Fairmont showcases exactly what a Fairmont hotel is all about.

I have stayed in some top hotels all over the world and this hotel I would say is one of the best. Location wise I really don’t think it can be beaten, 6 mins walk to clock, 5 mins to Jewish cemetery, right on the riverbank so you can literally walk to anywhere, the location is brilliant. The hotel may look industrial from the outside but inside it is phenomenal the interior and quality of the furnishing is outstanding. Every part of the hotel is perfect. We stayed in a Fairmont gold room and there was not one speck of dust in that room it was actually amazing how clean it was, the whole hotel was spotless. Housekeeping are the true miracle backbone in this hotel and they all need to be commended. Everything was beautiful in the room, the layout, toiletries (Le Labo, Santal) pillows, bedding, everything was perfect. All of the staff were friendly and polite. The Fairmont Gold lounge was unbelievable, salmon and caviar canapés, the most wonderful cakes, Ruinart champagne etc the staff member (brown curly hair) I think his name was Francis was great. The spa and the cleaners in the spa brilliant. Two tiny things though I would like to mention, please get a barista or new coffee machine for breakfast as the lattes are really not good, secondly please invest in more sun loungers you have a fantastic pool/garden area that not every guest can enjoy. This hotel is what you call true luxury which alongside Prague being one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen, the three nights spent here I will not forget. Thank-you

We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived at The Fairmont. Nothing is too much trouble. From the nightly turn down service with slippers by the bed and cake waiting for you, to offering you bottles of water each time you left to explore. We were even treated to complimentary berry kebabs around the pool! In a prime position just 5 minutes down the street filled with luxury shops to the Old Town, this hotel was recently renovated and is absolutely beautiful. There is also a spectacular rooftop bar. Would 100 percent stay here again!

I usually don’t write reviews for hotels but our stay here was absolute perfection. Our family of 4 had two rooms for a week. I’ve never experienced a more enjoyable stay than I did here. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond to help and make sure all your needs are taken care of. And the truly put thought into even the smallest things. And when we needed special accommodations they did everything to make it smooth for us. Thank you again for being so pleasant!!

Our stay at the Fairmont was lovely, and the location is truly spectacular. Being right on the river, we had the most amazing views throughout our visit, it's hard to beat waking up to that scenery. The hotel itself felt elegant and comfortable, with everything feeling new and high tech throughout. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Rooms were a bit smaller than other luxury hotels we've stayed in, and overall it felt slightly overpriced. Food was good, though it could've been a touch more polished. That said, the spa was a real highlight and well worth it. Between the setting and atmosphere, it was still worth the visit.
