4 Seasons lives up to its billing again - I Highly recommend this hotel as one of the finest in Prague

From the initial greeting when we arrived by Kata, right through to the drive back to the airport with John, every member of staff was superbly attentive. The rooms and the hotel overall are beautiful but it’s the staff that really set this hotel apart.

The Four Seasons Prague is a very-well located luxury option in the beautiful city of Prague. You are right on the Vlata River, and just steps away from the Charles Bridge and a variety of great restaurants. Of course, staying here also comes with the signature Four Seasons service. We were in a Renaissance King Room which was well-appointed and spacious. The bathroom had a very comfortable rain shower that my wife raved about. The minibar was well-stocked as was the coffee machine. Regarding the service, we were celebrating an anniversary and they were kind enough to deliver a beautiful and delicious cake to help us celebrate. The concierge was extremely helpful in booking restaurant reservations and car services. The lobby area is very pretty and the hotel’s bar and restaurant are great. We enjoyed sipping cocktails in the bar pre and post dinners. The gym area is well-outfitted. We didn’t get a spa treatment but used the sauna and took note of the lovely little indoor pool as well. All in all we had a great stay with no hiccups and would gladly return!

I understand how very fortunate we are to stay here. This lovely hotel provides beautiful interiors, the most perfect location and more importantly, a refuge of calm and elegance amidst the relentless sea of tourists in Prague. We love this City, but the crowds are overwhelming. Concierge Daniel is so friendly and helpful and his recommendations are perfect. The bar is so friendly and inviting. The restaurant we have enjoyed for two delicious dinners. This evening Martina served us and she is very very good. The Four Seasons should advance her to management as she is the highest caliber, astute, a problem solver, and delightful. We look forward to returning to this fine hotel. This hotel has an excellent location central to everything you could possibly want to see. The staff is excellent and the service is what you'd expect from a typical Four Seasons experience. We had a suite during our stay and the main complaint we had was that the hotel is a little outdated and for what you pay for this suite, it's way overpriced. You always expect to pay a little more at the Four Seasons but, we were disappointed with the layout of the room and what we got for the nightly rate. Even though location is excellent and the services impeccable, I actually would not recommend this hotel to my friends based on the outdated room style.
