Golden Well Hotel

Superb hotel situated close to Prague Palace and with sweeping views over Prague Old town. Room was spotless and extremely comfortable. Room service and staff were extremely efficient and polite. Location was ideal for 1st time travellers to Prague. We had Breakfast only there during our stay but there was an excellent choice and the service was extremely good by all staff.

What a wonderful hotel. I was very disappointed to only be able to stay for one night. The hotel oozes old-world charm but is in beautiful condition. My room had lovely traditional furniture and was immaculately appointed. Fresh fruit and chocolate cake on arrival, and a very good espresso machine in the room as well as a fully stocked mini-bar. The staff were very helpful and charming and the location right on the edge of the Castle is perfect. I would love to come back and stay more than one night!

There are no words to describe how special the Golden Well from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave your comfort is their primary mission. The hotel is immaculately clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows are dreamy. The breakfasts are yummy and filling to begin your exploration of Prague. The Terrace restaurant is delicious with extraordinary views. Cannot highly recommend enough

This was the most beautiful boutique hotel with impeccable service that was both very polished and professional and warm and friendly. Lovely views, comfortable rooms and the most delicious bedtime sweets to end the evening. Hotel terrace restaurant is not to be missed and was top notch. Absolutely accommodating in every way. Our favorite hotel so far anywhere, and we travel extensively.

I loved the place and the people. Breakfast: the breakfast buffet is beautiful, everything is well prepared, the main dish menu comes with variety of egg and vegan options. Gluten free bread is available , non dairy milk is available. Strong coffee is available. Desserts are available. The soup of the day was delicious. The star of the show is Ms Andraa, she is providing top notch service, making sure that everyone is getting what they need and more. She is orchestrating the breakfast service beautifully with her team. She made sure that everyone is enjoying their breakfast .The view of the breakfast floor is amazing. A great way to start your day. Room: I had the superior room, very cosy , very clean. You have everything you need. The pillow menu has different choices of pillows to cater for my neck problems. Thank you Tanya for cleaning and tidying my room. Reception: Adam and Viktorie , they are very helpful, they tried to help me with the tours, medicines and some other stuff that i need. Adam did his best to make sure that the tour guide company is aligned with my tailored requests. Wind down service: Beautiful service at the end of the day , preparing you to sleep with a beautiful small dessert. It made the end of the day cozier and more relaxed. The place: in the heart of the old town. Very calm yet in the center of everything. You can walk to all the touristic spots. Yes, You will need to walk up and down the ramp but the team will help you with your luggages upon your request so nothing to worry about. Overall, very nice place , I enjoyed my stay.
