Breakfast experience
The breakfast can be experienced as very busy. Our waiter Jan was very attentive and on top of things making sure we felt welcome and that we where not short of coffee and tea.

Our stay at the Hilton Prague in August was amazing. From the day my family and I arrived to when we left, we were looked after by level of care and professionalism that we have not experienced at many hotels. A special mention must go to Mr. Victor Rodrigues, the Duty Manager, whose dedication and genuine hospitality made our visit truly memorable. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was perfect. He assisted us at check-in and personally looked after us throughout our stay. His approach made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. He made a lasting impression on all of us. The Hilton Prague itself is impressive. It is modern, spacious, and well located but it’s the team, and Victor in particular, who make it a cut above. We would not hesitate recommending the Hilton Prague to anyone visiting the city, and we look forward to returning whenever we can.

Excellent experiences stay in Prague Hilton Hotel which was one of very best that we ever experienced so far!
We really appreciate Mr. Jan Zlatnik at concierge did help us a lot , including the spots worthy us to visit and the restaurants we would like to have for Czech foods and Italian food. He is very patient to listen to what we would like to have , recommend the dishes that they are good at or we may like them! Mr. Zlatnik then made reservations for us! We love all three restaurants that Jan recommended which we enjoyed all the foods. Very much. We definitely will come back to stay Hilton again to enjoy all the excellent services and friendship the we received this trip! Thank you very much again!

Pre-Cruise delight in Prague
Wonderful experience at the Prague Hilton before our Viking River Cruise. We enjoyed our large room and looked forward to the fabulous breakfasts. Viking help was there to advise us for dinner options nearby and transportation. Our Viking Guide Hana gave an amazing panoramic tour and history of the Old Town, Charles Bridge snd Castle area. The last evening we discovered The Cloud Nine Lounge on the 9th floor where our server, Alina, was so friendly and attentive helping us select the perfect drink and light option of fried Cauliflower. The view of the city was panoramic. We will always remember beautiful Prague.
