We spent 4 nights at this hotel, and we were truly sorry we did. It does not deserve to be called a Hilton, as standards are so low. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the old town and Jewish quarter - a 20 minutes stroll or a 10 minute drive. We checked in late at 9:45PM and were assigned room 7080, which is supposed to be an "Executive 2 queen room". The room was small, at 25-28 square meters, facing the beautiful (yet noisy) atrium. It was sweltering hot, yet the a/c showed a cool 21.4 degrees. It featured 2 rock hard beds, a table and chair, a TV, a safe and a minibar which you must call housekeeping to open once a day and then it auto-locs (the most idiotic system ever). The bathroom was small with a toilet, a bathtub, a sink and a shower filled with mold. The water pressure was decent but the water temperature kept changing from freezing to boiling. The bathroom amenities were the standard Crabtree&Evelyn in big dispensers. Upon arrival, we discovered the shower gel dispenser was empty. lovely. We reported the moldy shower and the faulty a/c numerous times during our stay, yet NOTHING was done regarding it (other than lying and saying "someone will come and take care of this"). The hotel is huge and as such, you can expect long queues EVERYWHERE - at check in (we encountered a 1-hour waiting time 50-meters-long queue where the hotel gives angry guests standing in the queue drinks and cakes to calm them down), endless breakfast queues and even queues upon entering the pool. The hotel has a small pool, which is too small for a hotel of this size. There are perhaps 10 loungers and 20 regular plastic chairs around the pool. It's impossible to enjoy the pool as it's so small and so crowded. Breakfast at the Atrium Bistro was chaotic. Despite sitting in the Hilton Diamond area, the place felt like a busy train station. As for the food itself - it was very average with low-cost ingredients. I've written a separate review about it. We also had a small dinner at the Atrium Coffee&Bistro restaurant, which was horrible. I've written a separate review about it. We tried breakfast at eh Seasons restaurant, which served as the "executive" breakfast, and it was equally embarrassing. I've written a separate review about it, as well. The Executive lounge is located on the 8th floor and is open from 7AM until 8PM. The space itself is rather large and nice. During the day, you can only get hot and cold drinks at the lounge with some apples and peanuts. During the short 2-hour dinner service in the lounge, you have some low-cost alcohol (wines and beers), a soup, a hot dish (chicken or similar), some cheese and a small salad, on occasion. Service throughout the hotel is not up to par with the Hilton brand. It's slow, inconsistent, or occasionally - non-existent. Bottom line - this is a dreadful Hilton that you should absolutely avoid while in Prague, as its location is not good, its hardware is weak and its software is broken.

We received a wonderfully warm welcome from Krisztiana upon arrival. As we were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, she truly went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Thank you for making it such an unforgettable experience. Your exceptional level of customer service is one of the main reasons we will return and happily recommend this hotel to others. The Cloud 9 bar staff Tobi, Shahs, Michal were friendly and professional, and we thoroughly enjoyed our evening there. The views were stunning, and the relaxed atmosphere made it even more special. Highly recommended. We also met the manager at the end of the night and you could see why the staff were so good at what they did. She was so lovely and professional too. Siba at the front desk was always smiling and consistently delivered excellent customer service each time we saw her. She really stands out. Tomas in the executive lounge is incredibly hardworking. On our first night, we arrived a little late, and he kindly went out of his way to arrange some soup and bread so we had something to eat. We truly appreciated that thoughtful gesture. The executive lounge and breakfast offerings are outstanding. The hotel genuinely recognises and values Diamond members, which makes a big difference. The hotel itself is large, modern, and ideally located for getting around the city. The spa facilities are lovely, however, the swimming pool is quite deep, so families travelling with children who cannot swim should keep that in mind (bring floats). Overall, a 10/10 stay. We will definitely be returning and look forward to our other family members and children experiencing this beautiful hotel and city. Until next time… thank you!

The spa has only one pool and there was supposed to be a Finnish sauna but it was out of order. I was excited to try it but there wasn't anything said about it being out of order. Overall good place but the spa is bad and the water was cold. 4/10

Nice hotel. Clean and modern. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Easy location to get around town. The highlights were the Cloud 9 sky bar and the helpful staff. The shower provided water which cycled between cold, warm and hot…so that was a bit frustrating. Overall comfortable but unremarkable.
