wonderful stay
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The fabulous decor was very impressive and very well kept. The food especially the breakfast was truly impressive we could not fault any of it. The whole experience was amazing, we would certainly not hesitate to stay again.

The Best of the Best - You won't be disappointed
A truly superior hotel experience with included access to spa features including a wonderful pool, sauna and steam room. The common areas are spectacular and the rooms were superb. The hotel is just far enough away from the tourist centers to make it feel like a part of the city of Prague and not a touristy trap. It was a 15 minute walk to the astronomical clock and another 10 minutes to the Charles Bridge. I highly recommend this hotel as it was the highlight of our trip to Europe.

A true gem
Beautiful property, charming staff. We were treated to an upgrade which made our stay even more memorable. The beds are very comfortable and the hotel is spotless. The breakfast available has everything you could want and they even packed us a takeaway meal for our early morning departure. The hotel is also very close to a trams stop, a great location.

Fabulous Getaway in Prague
This is the second time we have stayed at NH Collection Prague Carlo IV and we will definitely be staying here again the next time we are in Prague!! We used our Amex Hotel Collection benefit here and the staff at Prague Carlo IV went above and beyond for us!!!! We booked a deluxe King Room and the hotel upgraded us to their Presidential Suite and made us guest of the day! We got a small charcuterie board and a bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon here in Prague! And the Presidential Suite, oh my what a place to be staying in. This was the nicest Suite I have ever stayed in in my life. Absolutely gorgeous and stunning architecture with fantasticly curated furniture, made this space the best possible way to spend our 4 nights in Prague. Thank you so much to the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV team for making this such a memorable stay! If you are looking at hotels to stay at in Prague, book this now!

Great breakfast selection
Buffet and a la carte breakfast menu provided a great selection. We had a standard room which was tight but was greeted with a nice fruit platter.
