Business summit March'26
Place is great both for business meetings and private stay, perfectly located with great amenities and excellent service. Breakfasts - they offer a variety of choices and will meet everyone's diet restrictions. Hotel has it's own vibe and atmosphere that I liked a lot. There is a SPA & gym (i didn't use, however people say it is great). Please avoid their tiny rooms under the roof (420sh ) - very little space for 1 person, couple will struggle in it, windows in the ceiling - you'll be disturbed by birds & sun in the morning.

Surprising, beautiful and so king
We went for a 48 hrs weekend get-away and were surprised upon arrival by an upgrade to an amazing room with walk in closet and a marble bathroom. We had sparkling whine and chocolate strawberries in the room, complimentary breakfast and parking and the friendliest staff you can imagine. The hotel is very well located to walk everywhere but also quick to drive in and out of the city. Highly recommend choosing the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV

Unforgettable
I recently stayed at the NH Collection Prague Carlo IV and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish. I booked this stay as a birthday surprise for my partner, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived the staff were warm, attentive and incredibly accommodating. They kindly allowed us to check in early and check out late, which made our stay feel even more relaxed and special. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble - they genuinely made us feel cared for throughout. One of the most unforgettable highlights was breakfast. It was without question the best breakfast I have ever had. The live saxophone music created such a unique and beautiful atmospher it’s a moment I will never, ever forget. It turned an already amazing meal into something truly magical. Every detail of our stay felt thoughtful and luxurious and it made the birthday celebration incredibly memorable. My partner was so impressed, and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. Location was so close to the Old Square. Rooms were so lovely and clean. Thank you for such a special experience. I will never forget our time here.

Very good hotel
Great location, great rooms and overall a very nice hotel. Staff also very good. Only complaint is the breakfast being approx £25/30. SO overpriced. It’s a nice breakfast but go anywhere else in Prague for an equally good breakfast for a fraction of the price.
