Fabulous experience. The hotel was so beautiful, the foyer and bar were a joy to sit and relax in. Breakfast was an experience with the most amazing selection of food and live music each day. The staff were all so helpful and polite and the room was clean and tidy. The spa and steam room were great to use after a long day walking around the Christmas markets. The hotel was in a great location and we got to explore some lovely local restaurants and the whiskey bar was our highlight.

They were incredibly helpful and even assisted me in creating a membership account with the NH Collection group for use worldwide. Even though there was a small misunderstanding at the beginning, it was handled quickly and perfectly. Many thanks as well to the entire team at the spa, bars, and housekeeping for their excellent service. The anniversary wishes and the bottle of champagne 🍾 were a beautiful and thoughtful touch. I would definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend it.

I had an amazing stay in NH Prague Carlo IV! It was the best part of my Europe trip . The entire team at NH Prague were all very welcoming and professional who truly took pride in their work. Every staff from the bell boy, the reception, management and everyone in the restaurant were all smiles and had nothing more important on their minds than to care for their guests. The location is centralised and convenient. The room was clean and everything was on point. I loved the regal feel of the hotel. I would like to give my heartfelt thanks to the wonderful guest relations manager, Yosif. He is gem to the team and he made our stay an unforgettable one. He provided fantastic, top-notch service that set the benchmark really high now. Top notch hotel with excellent service. The staff is very helpful, fluent in English. The lobby is full.of palm trees with seating areas and tables. The pool/spa is one of the best indoor pools we've seen. Our room was basic, but had everything we needed. Location is right in old town, 5-10 minute walk to most places.
